Overall experience was good. Got a free room upgrade and late check out as VIP access benefits. Staffs at registration and room service were great, very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and big. However, not very happy with the service of a staff called Shawn 姜雙 at the cafe Sweets. He was extremely rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. He sounded like he just want to get rid of us when we were paying at the cashier! Also, I was shocked that this hotel doesn't accept Alipay Hong Kong but only accept Alipay China, while even most of the local restaurants accept Alipay Hong Kong. Additionally, this hotel doesn't offer shuttle to Hong Kong and Macau ferry pier, while this is a basic service by almost all of the casino resorts in Macau. From the fact that they offer shuttle to Border Gate and Hengqin Port but not Hong Kong Macau ferry pier, and also only accept Alipay China but not Alipay Hong Kong, it gives the impression that this hotel only welcome mainland Chinese but not Hong Kong travelers, which is very disappointing.

Wynn Palace is a beautiful property. And the food was good in the restaurants and prices to eat were reasonable. A plus, staff let me check-in at noon. Currently, Cotai Express, a shuttle service for casinos, is still not operating. Thus, long lines for taxis in Cotai.

My best weekend escape staycation at Macau!
Overall the stay is all i asked for a weekend escape staycation! Great pool and was so chilled out at the poolside. The only thing I’m feeling to cut out some points is the cable car works after 4:00pm. So that if you’re going there on public transfer, you need to pull your luggage under the sun to check in or check out. But i think the hours change only becoz we are still under pandemic with few tourist? Btw, the in room breakfast next to window by the lake, along with the great bluetooth speaker playing my favorite music, was one of my best moment.

Exceptional room and facilities, quality of room materials and design are top notch. All aspects in room are very well thought out ranging from materials to door mechanics and weight, to the simplicity of the tablet that controls all electronics in the room. Loved the stay!

I spent my birthday in Wynn Palace, They upgraded my suite to be with fountain view. The room is spacious and clean! They prepared something for my baby. Everything in the room is perfect! There’s one point that I think they can improve. Under the current pandemic, entering the swimming pool is needed to reserve in advance in order to control the capacity. On the second day, we went to the swimming pool but it was closed because the thunderstorm warning was on. I think they should deliver the message to the customers by a memo or voice message so the customer won’t make a trip but in vain. Other than that, the stay is pleasant.

New, clean, top notch property. Spacious rion. Attentive staff and fantastic house keeping. Shuttle bus service to everywhere we wanted to visit during our two days stay. Large variety of restaurants as well as high end shop on site.
