The staff was very helpful, and the service was excellent. The room was big and clean; the bathtub was especially impressive. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful 3D2N stay in Conrad Macao, and we hope to stay here again for our next Macau trip.

We only stayed for 2 nights. Vincent who checked us in was very helpful as our room was not ready. He knew we were eating at Churchill's and came to let us know our room was ready. He also checked us out!

1. Front desk staff attempted to charge me full room rate although I've paid via Expedia. 2. All the shampoo, bath soap, conditioner, and body lotion in room are provided in refillable bottles instead of brand new small bottles. The body lotion bottle was even empty which obviously someone miss to refill it. 3. Breakfast at Churchill is a mess. At first front desk staff failed to inform me about breakfast details when I checked in although it is booked via Expedia. Luckily I remember I have booked the breakfast and manage to call the CS staff later on to secure a booking time. However, even though I show up on time in front of the restaurant receiption, I still need to queue for more than 20 minutes before I can sit in, and it was a weekday.

Amazing property! The rooms are spacious and large. The staff are incredible. We were escorted personally to our elevators when checking in and escorted directly to the shuttle area.

有点尴尬的住宿体验：我们一共住了四个晚上，第一天抵达办理入住时，前台的Robyn(?)服务超级友善，令第一次入住康莱德酒店的我们为之惊艳；随后的入住及隔天的早餐，都令我们决定之后就加入希尔顿集团。但之后几天的早餐及服务就每况愈下，特别是最后一天的早餐，可能因为人比较多，整体质量落差比较大。我们订的是套房，尽管酒店整体禁烟，但我们入住的期间，房间弥漫着浓厚的烟味，即便有空气净化器，还是烟味很重。

Okay stay but should be better
Location: good. Center of Cotai, near bus station Service: overall quite good with helpful staffs Room Condition: the washroom is not satisfied. - noisy flush toilet even after the tank filled, but not leeking - there are many handles around the washroom but they are not helpful ( mis-located, for my opinion) - not clean round the bathtub Environment: it’s not a good timing now because some new parts are under .construction

The Conrad Macao Cotai is a five star hotel and the staff, service, room comfort and amenities are all excellent, as is the location. The room was quite comfortable and the bed was great. It's a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. I loved the big bathtub in addition to the king sized bed, room service, and friendly staff.

Fantastic hotel - luxury and practicality combined
Fantastic hotel! This place was made for superior guest experience. The rooms are huge, comfortable and functional. Everything is exactly where it should be. The bathroom is fantastic, although the shower is disappointing compared to the rest of the luxurious touches. Location is perfect. We will definitely stay here again

Exceptional service and convenient location.
Conrad has always provided me with exceptional service. Their attention to details is what set them apart from most major hotel chains. I was impressed they even surprised my sister with a birthday cake in our room. We didn't make the request though it was my sister birthday when we checked in. That surprises us and impresses us at the same time. The room was comfortable an was huge, had a nice view of the Eiffel Tower that's across our hotel. Conrad truly is exceptional. I strongly recommend to stay at this hotel. Location was fantastic as well, near venetian mall as well. The check in process was by far some of the best I've experienced, there was completely no queue and no wait time. I was even shown to my room by the front desk staff.

The right choice in Cotai
Best service I have ever experienced - personal, kind & helpful. Room was great - new decoration, comfortable, clean. Location is in the middle of every thing - walking distance to all main attractions in Cotai. The only 2 things : 1. It's hard to find the shuttle bus pickup location at the ferry port 2. They should put more USB charging docks in the room

1. We stayed at One Bedroom suite. But only one toilet. for such kind of room, usually should be 1.5 toilets. 2. Shower gel and shampoos are not enough for two persons especially during hot seasons.

A decent hotel
The staff is attentive and friendly. Room is spacious and well-equipped (even got private wifi). Close to all attractive spots. If it is on sale, give it a shot. You won't disappointed.

Non-smoking room that smelled like smoke
This is NOT a smoke-free hotel, as advertised on Hotels.com. We chose the Conrad over other hotels in the area because it said smoke-free hotel (apparently this is the Conrad's fault not Hotels.com). When we checked in, the frontdesk woman asked if we wanted smoking or non-smoking room. We were shocked. Of course we took the non-smoking room option, and of course it still smelled of smoke. The hotel brought an air purifier into the room to help but it didn't work. It was a real shame because otherwise the hotel is lovely - excellent location, very comfortable bed, super friendly/helpful staff. My overall 3-star review is solely to do with the smell of the smoky room. If that's not a concern for you than the Conrad hotel is great. I think most/all casino hotels offer smoking rooms, so it's probably hit-or-miss with getting a non-smoking room that a guest hasn't actually smoked in.
