Hi Barry,Many thanks for your feedback, as we are always looking to see how we can improve our service. However, it would be helpful to know what it is that was poor. Was the pillowtop mattress not up to standard? Was the 43 inch Smart TV poor? The free Netflix? Perhaps the newly renovated bathroom that was in your room? The unlimited high speed free wifi? Or possibly that was no longer operate a physical office and now have contactless check in, where you receive all your check in details as soon as your room is ready so that you can go straight to your room when you arrive?
