The overall appearance of the property was a little raw. Not the most inviting for a female travelling alone and felt a little unsafe as the door only had a pop lock( like a bathroom lock) Otherwise , it was dated but clean . Great for a cheap stay but for either multiple people or a male.

clean and good sized room. friendly check in. plentiful hot water. comfortable beds .walkable to parkland and the township. for motel found this one quite ok.

It's a low price place to stay for a few days whilst you're spending the day outside, and the night resting up for tomorrow. Functionally adequate in all the right requirements for the price.

After a day at the snow all you want is something to eat, a hot shower and a bed. However this place had absolutely NO HOT WATER. I thought someone in an adjoining room might have used it all and we can try early in the morning. But still no hot water at 5am. Left a note with the key the motel didn’t even bother to call.

A very clean unit, the cleaning staff do an amazing job. Shame the furniture, including the beds are from the 70s. The bed is so bouncy and soft, if your partner rolls over, you will bounce out. Worst sleep of my life. The electric blankets are great though. The holes in the roof in the bathroom are covered with sticky tape and paper and the rips in the dining table chairs make the place feel icky. Even though this place comes with heaters, it's still cold and dingy.

The room was very unclean especially bathroom. The heating was poor so rooms were super cold (In April), would be freezing in Winter months. The bathroom was disgusting and the shower head didnt even have an attachment for the wall, so had to hold it. For nearly $300 a night, it was a complete joke and I'd never recommend it or stay there again.

A disappointing stay
An overpriced experience. The motel room lacks amenities. The hot water wasn’t. One night was more than enough. There was no table in the room. The positives were the TV and the fact that the room was warm. For the price I’m sure there were better options in Cooma. The advertisement was misleading. The grounds are poorly maintained.

The beds were comfortable but the rooms and bathrooms definitely need upgrading. Towels need renewing. No towel rails.General appearance needs tidying up and it would be helpful if somebody is in the reception area. Parking area needs attending to.

Half a star
I would rate this half a star at best. The bed sheets had spots on it. The toilet seat was broken, one can cut one's leg on it if not careful. The bathroom had no shampoo or ventilation. The mirror for the wash basin (which had no mixer by the way) was behind you. The blinds are broken so everyone can see inside the room. There was a kettle and complementary tea and coffee but no cups.

This is a Budget property. It is old and tired but very clean. The bed was comfortable. In this time of year in the Snowy region accommodation is quite expensive but the price we paid for this motel was very reasonable. We will be booking there again next year.
