"Had a great stay, staff made it extra special, especially the gentlemen by the entrance. Always very welcoming and supportive. Only thing missing was a better view as we had suites facing the back and not Hyde Park."

Was given a complimentary upgrade from city view to a harbour view room which was just fabulous. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Sydney after this experience. "

"Very convenient hotel to explore around the Darling Harbour area. A wee bit tricky to find if driving just due to the layout of the roads around it. We did get upgraded to a superior room which was much better than a standard room. Valet parking was handy - and possibly very popular as it was full by the evening, Would certainly stay here again."
