Requested non smoking room, yet room smelled of faint smoke. Walls are “thin” ... could hear all outside noise. Bar nearby and I could hear drunken patrons conversations as they’re leaving the bar in the late evening hours. Overall the property is ok. Not worth the $240+ a night rate.

concierge staff are very friendly, hotel itself is a bit underwhelming/average. Afternoon tea is good, breakfast is one of the worst we’ve experienced (appalling!) especially for the cost, service is chaotic and the team appear unable to make a coffee.

Room was moved from 3rd floor to 2nd floor after check in . Not very happy for that .
