We made a reservation because of the ADVERTISED free parking and expected to not have trouble parking the car, but the parking lot of not only our hotel but the hotels affiliated and close by were all filled to the brim and we spent nearly an hour trying to find parking. After we finally gave up and parked by the curb behind a whole different hotel, we expressed our concern and troubles to the staff at the front desk expecting absolutely nothing but plain human empathy and they could not even spare a simple apology. Instead, the three ladies in the front stared at us with a blank look and one even rolled her eyes at us expressing our troubles to them. I expected no compensation of any sort, just human sympathy, but lord forbid they care about their paying customers. Everything else in the hotel was fine, just the service and parking situation is absolutely wretched.
