I specifically booked this hotel (and paid a premium) so we could use the pool and hot tub. We were not informed prior to that the pool had been out of service (and we were actually told that the hot tub was always in disrepair), so that was a let down. The staff was nice enough and the rooms were clean enough.

Nice, comfortable stay
Was close to where I needed to be for funeral places in St. Charles. Front desk people were nice. Their snack area needs replenishing and no vending machines on my floor. No microwave in my room which would've been nice to heat a frozen dinner, but it did have a mini-fridge. (Grocery across street if needed) Room very clean, bed & pillows comfy.

The A/C was on inside the room that I was given. The thermostat was reading 57. The temperature outside was -14 below. I had to increase the thermostat to make the room warm. I notified the front desk but we told him it was gradually increasing but still freezing. The toilet got clogged up also, but I managed to unclog it by dumping water with a wastebasket, the air dryer wasn’t working either or it could have been the socket in the washroom. For all that money I spent, I expected way better room accommodations prior to my surgery at Delnor Hospital. Never again will I stay in your hotel
