Hotel was sufficient. Rooms were clean, but old. Sufficient for a stay.
Nice to have microwave, fridge, and coffee maker in room.

On a two-night stay, there was no housekeeping to refresh the room (coffee, towels, cups) between nights. The wait at the registration desk was painfully slow to the point that I gave up waiting to ask for another towel.

good hotel but not an over an 8 star
This place is ok, not horrible by any means but I don't understand the high ratings it gets. Best part of the stay was the breakfast. I would say this is more of a 7 not almost a 9 like all the reviews say. Room had a slight odor to it, it's dated but also not expensive so it all lines up.

The area was nice and quiet, but the room was so humid the bedding and our clothing felt damp to the touch. this made it uncomfortable to be in the room. There was also a smell that wasn’t pleasant like stall wet cigarettes.

First 2 days they didnt have any eggs for breakfast. Male staff member extremely unfriendly. They rest of the staff were great. Bed was comfy, room was nice. Overall good place but that staff member shouldnt be there and they need to stock up on breakfast eggs.

This was the best Confort Inn I’ve ever stayed at! The complimentary breakfast was amazing, staff was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.
Everything was good except that when my husband and I got to the room, there was small black hairs on the bed, in the bed, in the bathtub and on the bathroom floor.

The staff was fantastic - all very friendly. When entering the room and putting our bags down I noticed there was pastry crumbs on the floor and pieces of something else. It was obvious they did not vacuum. When I asked they were in the room within a couple of minutes. I had not been into the bathroom yet. There was a long black hair in the sink and a couple on each side of the toilet. I have blonde hair. Not mine. My husband said do not call down. The shower dripped nonstop and the toilet ran every 15-20 minutes. The toilet also rocked when you sat down and got up. Not my favorite place - wore shoes entire time and even put a mat in the tub - hair in tub. Not sure if it was clean. Again, staff was great. Room - won’t stay there again. I did take pictures to share w the hotel manager.

Very disappointing! The door to our room would not lock. When we reported it, we were told that maintenance would fix it. They did not fix it. We reported it a second time and were moved to another room which was not comparable to the room we had booked.
