On arrival, after having to access the hotel via a fire escape we were met by an extremely rude receptionist who would not allow us to check in until we had produced a form of photo ID. Luckily one of my colleagues had their driving licence with them or we would have been unable to stay even though the three rooms had been pre-booked via Expedia. Would not recommend this hotel
