I booked it on Expedia for May 1st. Went to that location and found it closed....lol. They close on May 1st for the labour day holiday. Expedia should have blocked this day on its calender. Now Im going thru the painfull process of getting a refund from Expedia. About the hotel, the location of this hotel is very isolated, dated and looks lonely when in person. Cant tell you about the inside as it was closed

Good morning,I'm sorry for your misadventure but it's not because we work in the hotel industry that we don't have the right to live!!! and yes, LABOR DAY, as you say. well, as the years follow each other and are not alike, I was able to close this year and give May 1st to my employees so that they too can be with their families. and the refund is impossible for us, since there was no payment, by the fact that I do not know who you arebut..................I can be reached 24 hours a day and you could have reached me. a panel on the facade of the hotel 4 m long and 2.50 m high giving you the number of the hotel. ....and therefore gain access to a room that you somehow had since the sales were closed. but it was not mission impossible.I do not know if next year, I could give this party to my employees but know in advance that if I can, I would do it with great pleasure for the work it gives me.for all this, I do not retain your wickedness, only your disappointment. The direction.

Friendly greeting by staff. Property is dog friendly. Rooms spacious and air conditioned. Close to near by beach. And only a 30 minute drive to Marseille.

Nice hotel close to the airport.
Very nice hotel, close to restaurant, shopping just across the street. Airport 15 minutes drive. Downtown Marseille 30 minutes drive.

Don't waste you money!
If you want to stay in a garage on an industrial estate this is the place for you. Worst "hotel" we have ever stayed in. You are at least 5km from nearest town which is small.

The hotel had a great quality of service. The family running hotel had a very friendly front desk service. The hotel was located in a safe neighborhood and conveniently located by a big market and gas station.

Best hotel staff i have ever seen
I came in this hotel to be close to the airport . A very welcoming hotel staff worth a 5 star specially in France where people can be rude in some hotel. At balladin hotel chateauneuf de Martigues i had a great experience . The hotel staff help me in a manner that i didn't expect . Personal story i needed a room to sort out my luggage and they offer me their conference room for free. Very warm and respectful with their guests. I felt home .

Des patrons très sympa , un accueil nickel , les chambres très bien , seul petit défaut que je pourrais trouver (mais c est personnel) j'aurais préféré une paroi de douche plutôt qu'un rideau mais compensée par le fait que le bac à douche soit de bonne taille . Parking sur place avec entrée à digicode donc sécurisé . Je recommande et reviendrai .

Bonjour bon séjour a été vraiment désagréable la chambre se trouvait au 2e étage sans ascenseur plus les odeurs des égouts dans l'escalier je pensais trouver mieux et ça je suis aussi mal commentaire des autres pour moi je suis déçu heureusement c'était pas un long séjour merci hôtel com

Bonjour, puisque votre séjour se déroulait sur 2 nuits....pourquoi ne pas nous avoir prévenu pour l'odeur dans les escaliers ? peut être parce que vous étiez les seuls à l'a sentir ? personne ne s'est jamais plaint à ce sujet !!! et oui, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur mais nous vous avons aidés à monter vos bagages au 2eme étage et si vos fils de 14 et 16 ans ne parviennent pas à monter 2 étages , à leurs âges .....

Un hôtel à recommander
Mes 2 filles et moi-même avons passé une nuit à l'hôtel l'hacienda dans une chambre avec un grand lit 2 places et un petit lit une place. La chambre est très spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain. L'hôtel est joliment rénové et très propre. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Le plus de cet hôtel : un grand parking sécurisé.

Les Fenêtres donnant sur la route sont mal isolées et les rideaux ne couvrent pas toute la surface, donc lumière visible de nuit.
