The receptionist was welcoming and helpful upon arrival. The hotel is very clean and good linens. Convenient to attractions and water taxi to Charleston. Breakfast was plentiful and plenty of attendants keeping everything clean.

I loved everything about this property! Safety and easy parking were key. Easily accessible to Mt. Pleasant and Charleston. It took us a few minutes to figure out where the front door was! We kept walking around the building until we saw someone going up the elevator. I would include that in your confirmation letter.

Excellent breakfast and breakfast 🍽️ ng area. Quiet around hotel, safe, and plenty of parking. Convenient to Mt Pleasant dining. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom.

a very fine place
This was our second stay. Clean rooms, GREAT internet speeds, covered parking. Never got a chance for breakfast both times-7:30 dr appt downtown.

Terrible stay.
Walked into the room and there was urine stains all over the floor. We could not walk into the room without the smell making us nauseous. We were told we could have spray to overpower the smell but when I said it was unsanitary he said there’s nothing he could do. He moved our family of 5 to a small room with one bed and offered no other options. It was terrible, our 15 and 12 year old slept on the floor due to the pull out only being big enough for our 6 year old.

The property wav very clean. The room was small, but clean and neat. The sofa had some spots on it that show up. Overall the property was in good shape. I will back again next Christmas. The price is nice.

Overall, the property seemed a bit "tired." The couch in the first room we had was very stained, so we went and requested a new one, which was cheerfully given to us. They said they are expecting to replace all the couches on the property, but that only a few had been replaced so far.Breakfast was quite good and the woman working there was charming!

Fabulous but won’t stay again
My family and I were preparing to go on a cruise and stayed at this hotel overnight because it is close to the port. Overall the stay was awesome other than the breakfast hostess kept telling us that breakfast was over while we were conversing at the table. We were excited about the pending cruise and yes we were sitting there in the breakfast area but we were no longer eating and had cleaned up our space. Even still she came to our table 3 times, almost stifling our excitement.

A two and a half month early, prepaid reservation and turned to a handicap room with the bathroom where the shower water ends up all over the floor. Not willing to change to a regular room. The receptionist was not willing to change.

We stayed here for a 2 night visit. We wanted more affordable lodging than was available in Charleston. It’s a short drive across the bridge to downtown. There are restaurants nearby but nothing in walking distance. This property is not as pristine or well-maintained as some other SpringHill suites but was fine for 2 nights. Breakfast was okay but they do offer evening bar service some evenings which was convenient.

a GREAT place to stay and location was perfect!!
This hotel was very nice, the room set up was fantastic, a separate desk & sitting area from the bed and the bathroom was awesome, very large! And not that we needed it, but a walk-in closet to store your personal items. Nice complimentary breakfast every a.m. too. The ONLY thing I didn't care for was the entrance to this particular hotel, a bit confusing. You entered it through the parking garage (that was a bonus), and you had to take the elevator up to 2nd floor to the lobby/check-in area. The employees were very friendly, but the thought of anyone being able to access the building and elevators 24 hours a day, I didn't care for.
