Wonderful stay. Very nice shopping area that was walkable. Hotel was clean comfy and safe. Would definitely stay again.

Our room was clean on the surface, but there were small things that made me question how deeply it’s cleaned. There were layers of dust on the ceiling fan and AC vents, small pieces of trash in the bedroom, and what looked like pieces of plaster on the bathroom floor that wasn’t swept. It was in a great location and breakfast was good, Staff was very friendly and helpful, too.

We liked the location. The staff was all very nice and helpful. The weektime breakfast lady could be friendlier. Also the guest lady who went around and told people places to go never once asked us about our staff or if we needed help finding area things. It was like she avoided us each day....only focused on older couples. The building was nice but needs updates. Our bathroom constantly wet because no vent or fan in bathroom to get moisture out. I would recommend to friends and family for location, price and the staff that was friendly. Overall we had a great stay there

The staff was great. The location was great. The room was older and just lots of wear and tare. Unfortunately, it was the worst continental breakfast I've had, but lots of places to eat within walking distance.

Two things: didn’t like a pair of dirty socks left in bedroom from prior guest, and turned on the light and there was a cockroach on the sink in the kitchen.

Hotel overall was nice, excellent staff, BUT. Not enough parking, had to park across the street behind a restaurant twice. Put a light in the kitchen. Darkest kitchen ive ever seen. Had to cook with a flashlight. Several lightbulbs were blown in the suite. Bed was comfy, as well as the furniture.

On check in the lady was super nice. We had a great room on the first floor near a door. This helped since we had a dog with us. The breakfast was good especially because they had vitamin D milk. A rarity at hotels these days. The area had everything. Starting with places to walk a dog to shops and restaurants. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Everyone was nice. The “hotel” suites were average. You pay a little extra to get the experience of a true getaway, not to be told they clean every other day and show up at 4:00 PM on the third day of a 3 night stay and ask if your room need’s cleaning. Very disappointing. Breakfast subpar, but waffles were great.

My pay at property amount was different from what property charged me. On the second night of my stay, since we really hadn’t been in the room, I noticed the toilet leak, the fridge had a leak. The reason I reserved a room at this location was because it had the fridge and a microwave, that second night I went to warm up some leftover food, microwave started popping, even tried to work it while empty, still popped and crackled. It was so inconvenient to have to go downstairs to heat my food, hotel offered to move me, but they only had a king bed, I needed the 2 queen beds. There was some cosmetic things wrong in the room, broken tv remote, broken door stop that kept falling. Attention to detail would be good or things just fall apart. There was no extractor in restroom, don’t know if that was supposed to be working or not. I was there for graduation so I wasn’t trying to bothered with inconvenience or inconveniencing anyone, my apologies and thank you.
