The blanket was not clean, there was a suspicious white stain on it, there was what i can only hope is cornflakes on the ground around the toilet,dried urine on the toilet, and a short dark curly hair in the tub.

Great locale walkable to beach. Cute 50’s theme diner and Mexican restaurant walkable. No parking for our RV! We got creative and made it work for the night. Clean room, great deep bathtub with hot water…though no washcloths in the room, and the person at the desk wasn’t the most hospitable. Super comfortable beds! Overall, we would definitely stay again coming through Pismo Beach!

The carpet looked dirty. Needs to be replaced. Bathroom wall had holes and need to be fixed with new shelf’s. We could hear others in their rooms, therefore, we needed to leave the heater/fan on all night to drown out noise.

Bed bugs in room and when I reported it to the manager he refused a refund so I called the owner he also refused a refund and hung up on me terrible service disgusting dirty room no hospitality no customer service whatsoever
