I’ve stay at Waterfront in Davao and it was as ok and could have been better and expected the same from Cebu. I was wrong, I was shocked this truly a 5 star hotel. Rooms and service was great.

The worst experience in my over 1000 hotel stays As a travel affiando n travel agency owner Got so ill From there food they offered zero compensation or help I was violently ill and had to use towels just to get from the bed to the toilet and they wanted to charge me for cleaning and then they racked my credit card for an up charge on a room because the showerhead was only 4 feet high in a bathtub and when they moved me to a room where I could actually get wash my hair they charged me said it was gonna be a minimal charge and the minimal charge they put on my bill was $250 a day Absolutely the worst experience in my 35 years the pool you can’t swim in they’re too little children’s pools and they charge me for the meal that made me sick. I’ve been sick for six days ruined my trip to the Philippines going to Bohol Bellevue hotel where I received the best staff service n care of all including 5 star

The hotel is old. Hallways smell. Its an old building. Photos are better. Casino is okay a lot of locals beggars asking for tips watch out! The dealers also take tips when you win hands, very wierd. Never had a dealer just take a tip away. Shopping in hotel is bad. However its close to mall and very safe. Outside is very rough so dont leave at night. But security has dogs and metal detectors. A lot of Koreans.

This the third time I have stayed in Waterfront, Cebu. I always enjoy very much. It is a beautiful hotel. I really love the castle type design on the outside. The food is always great. The staff is always great.

Nice grand entrance but the rooms didn't reflect the same fanciness. Although the room was quite large but the amenities in it are very old. Bathroom/toilet was tiny. The rooms need updating to freshen it up a bit. It looked and smelled very old. The pool area was a nice place for kids.

Very beautiful place, very clean, very spacious, staff very friendly very helpful restaurants are great air conditioning didn't work properly 24.6C in the room all night did not sleep well.at all was told By maintenance cause I had them come and check to see what they could do that the temp its set at for the whole floor? Why put a thermostat in the room? If that's what it's gonna be set up for the whole floor Other then that a very beautiful hotel

Mostly it was good. The room was a good size and clean. The breakfast buffet was great. However there are 2 areas where they can do better: 1. The room was super cold, painfully so. Even after we turned the temp up to 30 degrees and waited all night, it made no difference. We turned off the AC and it was still very cold. 2. The internet is really awful. It connects off and on and makes it very slow to even load web pages. I don't mean to sound too negative. All in all, it's still a good place.

Wonderful hotel
We had some business to do at the U.S. Consulate in the lower level so decided to go up the night before. Our room was spectacular as we were upgraded to the Ambassador floor and into a suite. My fiancé. had never been in such a luxurious hotel. We enjoyed our stay, and would be returning to this hotel when we need a place to stay in Cebu.
