You get what you paid for. It isn't the best place, but it's definitely somewhere to rest. There was a couple of bugs roaming in the room, we were even welcomed by a water bug crawling on the entrance wall inside the hotel! The shower was so small, if you try to turn around your butt will touch the wall. The Wifi wasn't that bad, but location wise it stinks. The street this hotel is located on smells, so make sure to figure out where you're heading while you're inside. The only good thing I can say is that we arrived very early at 5am and they were still able to accommodate us into a room, just with a little attitude.

It was nice staying at usda dormitory... i like the room tho its small but its clean anyway and the staff is friendly too.

Backpacking haven for Colon district
I was given a room other than the room I booked. The bed arrangement I booked was a queen and a double. Was given a double and a single. Mildew smell from CR with paint and.plaster peeling from the walls. Staff were good, helpful when queried. With a good manor and helpful knowledge of the area.

Overall Stay Rate is alright not so pleasing but not so displeasing as well,, Minor problems occur like hot and cold shower , The water from the faucet is too hot even if you turn it to the cold part. On the second day only one towel is available they had got the other towel which we did not now about it, I talk to the staff regarding the water they just said a room boy will check it but then until the time that we needed to leave the room boy never did arrive. But overall stay is alright,

다음날 아침 보홀가려고, 항구가까운곳으로 잡았어요. 어차피 잠만자고 나갈거라 가격도 저렴하고, 좋아서 예약했어요. 그런데 이전에 이틀간 세부시티쪽에서 더저렴한숙소에서 머물렀는데 그곳이 크기도 2배는크고 호텔도깔끔하고 좋았어서 그런지 더 비교됐어요. 일단 방이 작고 딱 더블침대,싱글침대 1개씩있는데 꽉차고, 화장실도 작은데 샤워칸이 너무좁았구요. 그런데 크기는 어차피 잠만잘거라 크게상관안되는데, 너무시끄러웠어요. 위치가 대학근처던데, 이곳을 기숙사로쓰는거같더라구요. 복도도좁고 계단쪽 끝방이었는데 새벽일찍부터 너무시끄러워서 잠도제대로못자구요..문이 바로 침대앞이라서 방음이 하나도안되서, 너무 힘들었어요ㅠㅠ 절대다시는안갈거같습니다. ㅠㅠ

Convenient stay
I stayed there because it was an easy access to USC and I was never disappointed. Loved the place, so many places to eat outside since there is only limited food for room service. The service is quite inefficient but it's okay since I'm pretty chill. Will definitely stay there again someday.

Clean hotel with cheapest offer for family of 3
USDA had the cheapest deal that accommodates a room for 3 people—this was why I booked this room. I was very happy because although it was cheap, and the room a little small, it was very clean, the aircondition works well, and the staff were very friendly. Our room did not have a window view, but that's ok, because it kept out street sounds. The place is situated very close to Jollibee and a local church, and a lot of jeeps pass by—an advantage because you can get on a jeep right outside the hotel (cheapest mode of transportation) and reach the most common places in Cebu in just one ride. It's also perfect if you wanna go on a morning jog. The WIFI signal and cellular signal in our room was weak, and you'd have to step outside and into the lobby to get signal. Also it's a little far from the airport, but if you mean to stay in the city and go to parks and malls, this is a good place. We had some laundry to dry, and the housekeeping staff were kind enough to hang dry our clothes for us, as they don't have their own laundry service.

Affordable and Near a Historical Street (Colon)
We (a family of 4) stayed here for a couple of days, a week before the opening of classes, this year 2016. The street (Pelaez) where it is specifically located is unclean and reeks of sewer. There were some craizies who slept on the sidewalks. We felt unsafe to go out especially at night. However, it is accessible though for 2 modes of transport (jeepney and taxi), as they can be seen plying the narrow street of Pelaez. At the corner, a foodchain can be found if one finds the nearby eateries less desirable. Also, it is almost fronting the USC Law & Business School. We booked into this hotel since it's highly affordable and near the city's famous attractions (Basilica del Sto. Niño, Magellan's Cross, Fort San Pedro, Malacañang sa Sugbu, Colon St. etc). One can also find some treats to bring home to in these attractions.

We stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights. Easy to get jeeps going to SM, Ayala Center, Urgello, Capitol etc. I just wish we had a fridge in our room.

For the price, it sufficed...
The place is convenient, as it's near parts of the downtown area, e.g. South Terminal and University of San Carlos. But there are downsides: 1. They "lie" about room availability. 2. The "landmark", USC, isn't as easy to find. Tell the cab you're getting off at Pelaez, which is at the side of USC, not in front of it, otherwise you'd get lost. 3. The rooms are literally small (low ceiling, no windows, etc). 4. No comforters. You may wake up in the middle of the night because it's suddenly already too cold and you have nothing but a thin blanket to use. 5. Walls are somewhat thin, so forget bringing in a date for you-know-what. 6. No activities organized for those who stay there. 7. They failed to check the credit card used during booking. If it wants to, this place be better...

周りにお店がたくさんあるホテル
2泊程度しましたが、最初ホットシャワーが出なかったことを除いては快適に過ごすことができました。ただ、このホテルに限ったことではないですが、フィリピンのホテルはスタッフが夜も少し騒がしいのが難点ですね。

Dirty neighborhood, but close to south bus station. It's an old hotel, but clean, for sure. Good for having a night and wake up early to go to kawasan or whale shark.

スミロン島に行くためにサウスバスターミナルの近くにあるこの宿を選びました。街中にあるホテルで、近くにはファーストフードやイーモール(スーパー)などが徒歩圏内でアクセス良し。ホテルの前からアヤラセンター行きのジプニーや、タクシーも通るので移動が多い人には便利です。 ホテルは簡易的な宿で、ベットとシャワー、トイレ、テレビ、エアコンがついてます。部屋によって作りが違うので、良い部屋に当たると快適です。(シャワーの水圧や排水のはけなど) 外出メインの旅なら寝るだけなので十分です。スタッフも笑顔で対応してくれましたし、チェックイン、アウトもスムーズでした。入り口にはセキュリティガードもいました。 バックパッカーや宿にこだわらない人には安いしオススメです。

一大一小床,一張小朋友有找,有冷氣,衛浴在房內,但好像沒有熱水可以洗,走廊小小~ 對我們早上6點班機的家庭(2大2小)來說, 夠完美了~ 對面就是貴族學校(大學),所以附近吃沒問題~ 飯店沒有提供早點,也沒有電梯,但警位會幫我們拿行李上樓(我的有20kg那麼重)

There's 7-11 is just next to it. Near Colon St., not far from South Bus Terminal and E-Mall, where is a good place to exchange money. Very nice staff. 隔壁有一間7-11非常方便;離科隆街蠻近的,離E-mall跟南部巴士站都不遠.員工非常的友善~

観光名所を徒歩で回れるし、値段の割に清潔でベッドの寝心地も良かった。 ドアマンや受付など、スタッフの対応もとてもよかった。 一つ不満はWIFIがとてもよわかったことくらいです。
