When I got my reservation I paid for their breakfast. It was well worth what I paid! Great variety and the omelette that was made for me was fantastic. The only problem I had was that the ahower floor was very slippery. I almost fell twice. But other wise I would stay there again. The breakfast was so good!

right next to a very large mall so shopping was easy. The pool and fitness center was nice but could have used a leg machine. But the breakfast there was top notch! The chef made me am omelette that was phenomenal and perfectly made election of food for that purpose was beyond belief. I give them five stars and everything.

There are so many amenities missing. We had to call the operator/service for staff to bring them over. Limited table space. Light switches are hard to figure out. Room floor is cold.

Leaks under toilet bowl to the floor. Unable to adjust thermostat—very cold. Very weak water pressure in sink. Shower head has to be held to use. Toilet very small. Very nice and helpful staff.

Great hotel
This was an excellent hotel. We were expecting a 3 star hotel, but easily a 4 -4.5 star. Staff friendly and everything worked. Attached to the galleria and the immigration offices ( great to renew visa etc)

This seems like a very nice property. Our room was great. The dining room breakfast buffet was excellent. However, our water temperature in the room during morning shower time was unacceptable. The hot water temperature was only cool. Additionally, it took a very long time for the air con to cool the room down from 27 to 22. The blankets on the beds are too thick. I was too hot under them. I wish there were another blank option in the room so i would not have to turn down the air con so low to compensate. All in all, a nice stay.

From the Security Personnel at the entrance/driveway, front office till F&B, all staff were service oriented and they remember us and welcomed us on our return stay. Kudos to your staff.

Good Location
It’s only an overnight stay. It’s a decent hotel that’s part of Robinson Mall which is convenient. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. We will stay here again if we have to go to Cebu again.

It was a smooth check-in. Hotel personnel are kind, helpful, and prompt when we asked for help. Accessible to mall and restaurants as it is in Robinson galleria. I least recommend their summit cafe for breakfast. They have few food options. Coffee, calamnsi juice, and mango juice are the only beverages they offer. We had a comfortable mattress in premier room. Only issue was the small cockroaches flying in the room for 3 nights we stayed. We could not find if the room was infested by roaches. Overall, it was a good stay. Thank you for the safe and comfortable accommodation.
