The staff is awesome the building looks nice and it is a nice distance for walking. Get there early for better parking the friendly guards will help you get in the below parking spots.

First consideration every time I return to Cebu
Its an excellent hotel more for its location than its amenities. 15mins away from ayala mall with a decent price per night is their strongest selling point, and thats the pull for me to consider them my first choice whenever i return to Cebu. Service staff are polite and capable.

This is a good hotel to stay in, the staff always very helpful and know their jobs, the rooms are very spacious, and bed is very comfortable, plenty of bench room in the bathroom

I'll pry stay again
It was what I expected. Nice clean hotel attractive people giving good service. 6 min walk to the mall with lots of places to eat. You can get a grab in like 5 minutes.

Worth the cost to stay at the MJ Suites/Hotel.
The hotel suites are a block away from the main streets. The hotel is nice & the staff friendly. The immediate neighborhood is not so nice. However, the price is right in consideration of the nice building & facilities.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was very good and satisfying. The staff was always smiling and helpful. The Hotel is 5 years old and very well maintained. At breakfast we were entertained by performers The only disappointment was the deluxe room did not have a refrigerator in the room I assumed all deluxe rooms had a refrigerator because I booked two other deluxe rooms that are furnished with a refrigerator. Will consider returning to stay again I think the Hotel is a comfy stay for anyone and will not be disappointed staying at the MJ Suits Thank you MJ and Staff for our stay

value for money but very noisy
It's an OK hotel but very noisy especially if you are on holiday. Dogs barking and chickens crowing all night. Then if you do sleep the staff wake you up pushing trolley past your room on a tiled floor at 7am in the morning. Avoid if you are a light sleeper.

Ok 2.5 star hotel in Cebu.
The location is tough, a very busy tiny street. The only thing I liked was a short walk to Ayala Mall. It was a dangerous walk for a foreigner not familiar with how rough the roads can be with no sideways. We only stayed there a short time. The hotel also requires a cash deposit. I found out on this trip that this policy is fairly standard. It was not terrible but our next hotel in the area made the stay feel worse than it was.

The location is tough. A very smelly side street. Tricky to get to. Walking distance to the mall. The room was smallish but it was clean. Avoid This Hotel
The hotel messed up by downgrading the room and then lying about it at check-in. All else went downhill after that. The staff deliberately kept information from us about what was happening, delayed responding, and refused to provide an opportunity to talk with hotel's regular manager to resolve things. We were told we either needed to accept what they had done to us. There was not even an "or else" because they refused to refund even a peso for their doings.

Excellent hotel close to Ayala mall
I was surprised to find this hotel and it was positive beyond my expectations. For the price, this hotel provided a tremendously positive experience. I was upgraded to a large suite that was provided as the room that I had actually booked was not available. This suite came with a well equipped kitchen, living area with couches and a large bedroom with a closet. To say this suite was excellent and comfortable would be understating the obvious. The breakfast buffet typical Filipino breakfast - heavy on fried foods and rice. I eat light breakfast like eggs and omelettes which I did order from the a-la-carte menu. But the real benefit of this hotel is the location and the price. This location is walkable to the Ayala Center mall. I always stay close to Ayala Center in Cebu City as it provides plenty of dining options and excellent shopping within walking distance of the surrounding hotels. And it is an extremely safe area to walk in even late at night. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our very relaxing overnight stay.
Our overnight stay there was worth it. Location is very near Ayala. Area is safe to walk during night time. The room we stayed in was very spacious and tidy. Basic toilettries (toothbrush, soap, shampoo, conditioner). Quick and easy check in and out. Peaceful surroundings.
