I like that this hotel has a small fridge, kettle and safe. There is a restaurant, laundry and barber shop on the main floor. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. This was my second stay at this hotel and would not hesitate booking them again in the future.

ABC is very affordable and comfortable in a good part of town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I planned to stay a night and ended up staying three nights and will probably return for one more night before I leave Cebu Island.

Nice location, closer to a lot of tourists spot...friendly staff they can arrange transportation for you...room is very clean....down side is they do not have water dispenser for guests.

Convenient location to reach popular Ayala area, room size and friendly staff only positives. Very poor service ; they give you only shampoo no shower gel, bathroom tissue that sticks to your butt, wifi password that needs to be changed every day; clueless, untrained staff who can’t even answer the simplest question! No black out blinds on windows, expect to wake up 5.30 am with bright light shining on your face ! Pricy relative to what they provide; lacking the very basic hotel standards.

It was tolerable for the cost. It was centrally located with access to restaurants, banking facilities, and shopping mall. However, pictures of the rooms on the hotel website don't accurately depict. If you stay here expect roaches, ants, and some type of small insect I could never identify. It's an old building that could use extensive remodeling. No hot water in the sink for shaving. Hot water in shower runs out quickly.

The property was in a very noisy area. Could not always get things in the room to work properly. Restaurant near the hotel was mediocre at best. And it was a bit high price wise. Lots of pan handling in front of hotel. I will not stay there again

Location is accessible to all public utility vehicles. Lots of very affordable resto options around it. Walking distance to a mall. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The boy attendant provide us with scale without even us asking when he saw us packing/unpacking. We left our other luggage’s when we went out to visit to another province without any charges. The guard walk us out to show resto options on both sides of the street. I definitely check in when I get back to the Philippines.

Плюсы: Очень вежливый и приятный персонал. Относительно чисто. Минусы: Изначально нас заселили в номер, в котором не было интернета. Мы попросили решить этот вопрос. На следующий день нас переселили в другой номер. Там действительно был хороший интернет. Но было много муравьёв. В номере есть чайник и кружки, но не прилагается пакетик чая и кофе. В номере есть зубные щётки и пасты, шампунь, но не прилагается геля для душа и кондиционера для волос.

I liked that it is closer to city Centre or Robinson circle. so, it was easy access to food. internet speed was terrible. when I asked, they said it was cloud cover. not true.

It’s always good , friendly, no restaurant or bar a pain but not especially needed ,deposit and room check is a pain !

Regarding the deposit please note that all guests must pay a security deposit of some sort at all hotels regardless of prepaid reservations. As other incidental charges can be added to the room at any time. This is completely refunded to all guests upon departure should no charges apply to the guests room. As you were refunded at check out. The deposit can also be placed on credit card, cash or guest available currency.We fully understand your feedback.
