"Good Hotel, Only Negative is the staff were unable to extend my booking at checking and I had to rebook via the app meaning I got moved rooms mid trip"

"Excellent check in, although very busy they were quick & effficient. Hotel is very clean and rooms are very well maintained. Staff are incredibly helpful & very polite. Restaurant is excellent as well. Only hiccup was getting stuck in the lift due to a technical issue. This was however dealt with quickly & efficiently by the in house team & reception staff. "
