"Clean nice, good beach front and pool. Good location"

"Our room stayed hot and muggy though the outside temperature didn’t get above 73 degrees. The staff was very nice but the clientele was rowdy at night. We could smell smoke wafting into our room and people running and yelling the last night we were there. Our room was very clean, but the bed wasn’t very comfortable and there is no fan in the bathroom. The hotel just needs updating. The location is really great. We didn’t try the breakfast "

"We checked in at dusk and were greeted once we ring the outside bell because there wasn’t an attendant visible to us but they had camera to see outside. We didn’t wait long at all. The attendant gave me a hard time at checkout even though I had reservations through Expedia and my ID. The card I was using didn’t have my name printed on it"

"Best Western Seaside was a great overnight stay. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and attentive. The beach is right across the street. We did not use the breakfast buffet or the pool/hot tub. I would recommend for a short stay in St. Augustine Beach. Check out Cafe Eleven down the road. Great food, service and music events."

"Room was cleanish. You could see where the soap areas were not clean. Could still see the buildup where the last ones were placed. No chain on the front door. No beach view. It’s across the street, was told hotel was on the beach. Toilet issues, it wouldn’t refill tank after flush, for several minutes to an hour. Mold rust build up against the outer wall of the shower. Parking was great.staff were fine, no issues. I would not come back to this one. "

"This was our second time staying at this hotel. Our first stay (11/2025) was absolutely amazing so we were excited to come back. Unfortunately, it was not the same experience. When we arrived the front desk over night staff was rude and unhelpful. When we asked for a late check out (due to arriving at 1:30 am) she stated it would be an extra $25 upcharge, although on the website it stated there is a $0 upcharge for late check out. "Cute & swank but for the price? Never again. Breakfast costs $30 extra, parking another $10. Don't boast about breakfasts then sneak a charge for it. And for the love of it, do not boast about a rooftop pool.. I've seen kiddie pools that are bigger. Loved the Nespresso machine in the room but overall, this hotel was not worth the money when ADA accommodations are needed and requested before checking in.
