"Cannot fault The Laurels for an overnight or longer stay... room has absolutely everything you need including toiletries, tea/coffee making facilities with a mini fridge containing fresh milk and filtered water. Breakfast is amazing.... freshly baked croissants to die for followed by yoghurt, fruit and cereal.... and a full English or any variant as requested. "

"The White Hart is a lovely hotel and pub set in the charming village of Coggeshell. We stayed bed and breakfast for 2 nights. The manageress, Nicky, and her staff were welcoming, pleasant and friendly. Our room was clean, inviting and quiet; the bed was especially comfortable, and we slept well both nights. We really enjoyed our breakfasts, there was lots of choice for both the continental style and the cooked breakfasts, the food was of good quality and plentiful. We can heartily recommend staying there."

"Used the Bull before. Great place to go. Very good location for my needs. Very friendly staff. Bar/restaurant staff did everything possible to make the stay very satisfying. Food was great and quickly brought out to the table. Great stay, thank you "

Excellent sleep!

"I slept very well for the night. Very welcoming host who offered a double bed on my arrival. Room was very clean with an excellent selection of hot drinks and a kettle. The first place I have stayed that had soya milk in the room so I was able to have a nice cuppa in the morning. Thank you will stay again!"

"We stayed one night in order to visit Talliston House in Great Dunmow. We had a wonderful stay. The room was lovely and warm, cosy and had everything we needed. We appreciated the milk, beverages and cookies. Everything was clean, the beds were lovely and it was a very quiet area. The gardens looked lovely, but weather did not allow us to fully explore. The cooked breakfast was a lovely start to the day. Faultless stay. "
