The property is well kept, rooms are spacious but have next to no storage which can be an issue for people who are staying for a bit longer and like to unpack during their stay. The rooms are well insulated so you dont even need the a/c overnight. Rooms are a bit noisy; you can hear people's bathrooms They urgently neee to fix the shower. Its a massive pain to regulate the temperature. You either freeze or get scalded with boiling water. I saw some other comments pointing to the same problem so not sure anything has been done. It's a good place to stay but our overall experience has been 'meh'.

Lighting is limited in the room. Staff is slow. The fire alarm randomly goes on and gets noise especially in the middle of the night. The kettles in the room were burnt from previous users and so were the replacements. All in all, not a very convenient stay

Very nice property. Sauna on premises was a big plus. Restaurant offered a great choice of food that was delicious. I have enjoyed my stay at this hotel over the Easter Holiday weekend.

The Kyah was aesthetically pleasing to the eye . The keyless entry was convenient. The rooms were very dimly lit . There was no where to hang wet clothes in the rooms without them dripping over the floor, ideally an outdoor area to hang clothes would be ideal. limited places to hang clothes in the rooms . We also found that limited areas to eat food that we had purchased ourselves as there is no table and chairs in the room that we had and only chairs and no tables in the outdoor area. We also had a small incident where our reserved spot for the hot tub was double booked which was very disappointing the staff did offer a different time but it was inconvenient. Overall a lovely place suited for one or two nights only . We stayed 6 nights would not stay there for a long stay .

We went for a girls' night away and it was so pretty. The rooms were really clean and neat, the staff were really friendly. The breakfast grazing table was amazing. If anything, would just suggest a bit of extra lighting in the bathroom but that's all. We'll stay again when we come to the blue mountains...

What an amazing gem tucked away in Blackheath!! The Palm Springs vibe is so cute. The staff were amazing and helpful, the property is super cute, the room was amazing, bed super comfy. We only utilised the hot tub but that was a treat for us and so relaxing. Breakfast was yummy and staff again super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this little gem to everyone!!
