Ok hotel, in need of updating
Stay was fine here. Hotel could do with a lick of paint and some modernising of the furniture. Positives: shower was the best I've ever had in a hotel. Staff were nice and friendly. Plenty of carparking. Negatives: bit dated. Breakfast was ok, buffet style so not amazing. It's a bit of a way out from anything, we caught the train into Glasgow town centre, about 15 minute walk to station. All in all, stay wasn't bad. It was OK.

Very disappointing, wouldn’t stay again!
The hotel is ok, but the pictures flatter it. Everything is very tired and low spec, and the room cleanliness was not acceptable. Dust clumps on the carpet and mouldy seals around the shower. I wasn’t expecting much for the money, but basic cleanliness should be a given.

Absolutely disgraceful, I have stayed here twice the second time confirmed how poor this property is. The corridors had litter lying, old towels and takeaway rubbish lying between 5pm and 7am the following morning. The room had cobwebs hanging with cosmetic damage to the walls and bed bases. The curtains did not cover the window and were hanging from a few clips. Mould around the shower, stains on the chairs, dog hair on the floor. There was no bedroom lighting other than a standing lamp. How on earth you can say the room is clean is beyond me!! Finally I did not even sit down to breakfast, the lady was ran off her feet, most tables remaining were not set and had used plates and cutlery still not collected from previous guests, no clean cups available and the food and limited options looked so unappealing, food debris lying around. We just left and headed elsewhere. A poor poor hotel, not worth the money. However a few positives to give an honest review, free parking, close to Ibrox and shopping centre, plus the shower was hot with good pressure. Overall AVOID!!

Was really good but bed was not so good two singles pushed together one higher than other at sore side in morning as could cuddle in to wife without mattress edge pushing in to me side not enjoyable but everything else spot on breakfast was excellent 👌 top marks for it

Nice Hotel and Friendly and helpful staff
Very Nice hotel, friendly staff could not do enough to help, had meal in the restaurant grandson said was best burger he as had also had breakfast in the morning great selection and good quality produce. would highly recommend and would stay again if down to the football at Ibrox as it was just down the road

The only thing clean was the towels and bedsheets! - dust everywhere - shower heads hadn’t been cleaned for that long the line scale had begun to collect dirt - damp causing the plasterboard to come away - stained carpets - black mould - blocked shower drain - cups provided still had the person lips on who must have stayed in before us! The more I looked the more I found so we couldn’t wait to get out of there! To top it off, when leaving the hotel to go to a concert, the receptionist (who later turned out to be the reception manager) asked us if we were going out and which room we were staying in. When questioned her response was “no reason” which left is feeling suspicious and concerned for our belongings when we left. After complaining to the “reception manager” about the cleanliness and her conduct I was presented with a lack of empathy or care. Customer care standards need to be implemented and the cleaning schedule/ standards require review desperately. I would expect this at a budget hotel (average of £50-70pn) but not for a room that cost £117pn! The surrounding areas are quite intimidating and we did not feel safe when walking for public transport! Either the prices need to be decreased or the pace closed!

So Handy for Rangers Fans
Travelled from East Belfast the rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and very helpful. Great atmosphere and will definitely return. Highly recommended. Very close to the Ibrox football stadium about 10 minutes walk. Transport very close too. Bus stops outside hotel and subway station at Ibrox stadium to take you into the city centre in about 12 minutes.

Overall the stay was ok. In the bathroom both of the shampoo or shower gel bottles were empty but it was fine. We were woken at 8:30am on the Saturday to the housekeepers being extremely loud and slamming doors. Hotel was nothing special but was fine

We stayed here for 3 nights. When we turned up on the 6th July 23 we were welcomed really well. Nice lady behind the desk. We turned up half hour before we stated, which was fine as we were told our room was ready. Bathroom kept clean n a nice size. The sleeping living area not so. We had stains on the carpet, which looked like sick or dog pee. Stains on the walls and bed. Not ideal hanging your cloths over where the kettle is kept and the whole time we were there we had no TV. We told reception about this and said it would get sorted and tha ks for letting them know but nothing was delt with why we were there. We had breakfast in with our deal. Breakfast was nice. First morning though, there was gone off milk with the kettle and the glasses had stains on them as if the dishwasher hadn't been cleaned properly or the glasses had been in with the plates without being wash down before going in. The hotel reception dining and drink area all looks nice, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Shame its going downhill.
This hotel has sadly gone downhill we have been regulars here for years due to its location near ibrox. Last time the matress was so uncomfy so thought I would bring along which done the trick but was so disapointed in the breakfast this time, we went down about 8am no butter or jams for toast only nutella and honey hot breakfast no black pudding or bacon really disorganised asked for butter but told none left waiting for delivery that day, also had to ask for plates for what was left on the hot buffet really disapointing not organised in dinning room maybe needing more staff?

I was in room154 which overlooks the smoking sitting area which was quite noisy when people congregate to smoke this went on until 3.30am so not much sleep was had. The restaurant menu very basic and everything was fried !!

Would not stay here again. The room was unbearably hot and there was no fans or any way of cooling the room down. The bed was battered and old with springs poking in ur back. Doors was all slamming any time some one came back to their room and the walls were incredibly thin. Restaurant was not as advertised and their “summer” menu was 5 items, burger or microwave meals. I asked what was gluten free and they said nothing so we had to find somewhere else to eat. Not many other places locally either.

The rooms could use a good clean. The same cobwebs were on the ceiling of room 222 since my last visit a month ago. I had issues with the lift being noisy next to my room and drunk people speaking loudly at the hotel door till 3am. I was told on arrival I could change rooms after one night. I asked at 08:00 the next morning, left it with reception and on returning at 18:00 was told no other rooms were available and I should have asked earlier. Not sure 08:00 was that late! The breakfast is good, but the dinner menu is limited and expensive. I ordered in. Not the best.

Lovely staff, uncomfortable bed.
Lovely staff. Nice room. Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows smelled of greasy hair from previous guest, which spoiled my sleep. Also, there are no plug sockets to charge your phone or laptop near the bed, so i had to leave my phone on the other side of the room. The window did not fully close either. No hairdryer or iron in the room.

Our room was not cleaned during our four day stay despite asking for one. No plug sockets in room to charge phones or laptops. No aircon in room, we requested for a fan to be provided since the room was too hot and our stay was during a heatwave - we were told they cannot provide one.

The hotel was was a bit run down looking , the room was very small and the view from the room was the bins. Quite over priced in my opinion. The staff however were lovely. The were very friendly and helpful. Food was okay, dinner was over priced for what we had. Breakfast was great though !
