I booked a room here for 10 days. I Paid 550.36. Upon arrival and stay there was no microwave or telephone. Mold on the ceiling in the restroom and the fridge was filfthy and had a stinch. Trash was swept until the ac unit. Whomever cleaned never mopped or cleaned the toilet. The towels are stained and yellow I had to request my bedding to be changed. I didntngwt anything that was advertised

worst hotel ever! frightening place to stay - cigarette burn holes in sheets, broken TV, cracked floors and walls and ceilings, right behind Hustler Hollywood video, friend told me it has 400 police incidents a year cant believe expedia books this trap

They gave me a room that had people already in it, and then the room they gave me was dirty, with bugs and no towels. TV didn't work and the lock on the door barely held the door closed

Road swamp motel
The toilet ran continuously all night as well as leaked water. It had fried chicken crumbs behind the nightstand I had to get a broom and dust pan to clean the room. Also small roaches behind the baseboards, and the remote didn’t control the tv.

Bad receptionist
Snobby receptionist very rude didn't want to change rooms there were no towels no smoke detector and room was smelly. She was very rude saying we couldn't change rooms. Then gave me another room that was not up to code. But the maintenance guy checked a room and gave me a good one and receptionist got mad at him because he was being helpful. She also gave the same key to our room to another guest and he opened our room door. Very uncomfortable because of the rude receptionist.

The office is difficult to find. The staff was silent. The room is atrocious-broken bed, paint on floor. No toiletries no blow dryer. The shower head was not secured in place.

Horrible, worst hotel experience ever. Nobody sho
I got switched rooms three times because the keys wouldn't work for the doors. Only one person on staff working, So it took long for help. Once I finally got into a room, there were holes in the ceiling, food and other crumbs on the floor, bugs, burn marks and holes and stains on the sheets, and the toilet was only 2 inches from the tub so there was no room to sit and put your legs anywhere.

Asked for a non smoking room. Room smelled like smoke. Staff harassed you about if you’re staying over or checking out. Mind you check out is at 11 but they came beating on the door at 9am. The housekeeper older guy is very rude. Smoke detectors doesn’t work. Killed dunno how many roaches. Had to shake everything out when left. Lady in office is sooooo disrespectful and talks about every one. Smh. Just sad.

The lady at check in was very rude. The room reeked of cat urine so bad i could taste it. And the window didnt close all the way. There was a stick hilding it closed. When i asked to switch rooms i was told they were all full but only 2 other cars in the parking lot. Since i prebooked the room, it was non refundable. I went and bought candles and air freshener so i could at least breathe. I barely slept in fear someone was going to break in the room because the emergency lock didnt work. I slept for 2 hrs and left. Lady at checkout was nice. But too little too late. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

I was moved twice from rm 224/227/232. Rooms had dirty sheets, floor had sticky stuff, toilet dirty, Ac not working hence had to be moved.

There are 2 Oyo hotels next to each other, one is behind another hotel and that sign is not visible. I went to the visible Oyo hotel and was sent to the other one, then the girl at the desk was very rude and tried to send me back to the other hotel. Finally got checked in and the lock on our door was broke, a plug in and light switch was a fire hazard and looked burnt up. Toilet paper was put into a hole in the wall. No cover over fan in bathroom. Floor was sticky. Poor service!!!! I’ve stayed in cheap rooms before and never had this experience. I do not recommend this hotel!

Bad service all the way around
When we got there the room was not cleañ and we asked for toilet paper and towels and wash rags and a TV remote and they told us that we could not get any of the stuff we asked for and our room was supposed to come with a refrigerator and microwave and there wasn't one in our room and they told me that we didn't pay for these things so I will never stay here again and they were very rude to us

Pros: easy & fast checkin, cheap cost, good lighting in parking lot. Had working tv and good water pressure. Clean and adequate towels included. Cons: smelled HEAVILY like cigarettes inside the room - My cloths stunk the next day even 14 hours after checking out. - Bathtub and sheets/pillow cases were very stained. Not every room has microwave/fridge, lobby provides one if needed.

Was only there because my dogs was able to stay.
At first we were harassed by security each time we left our room. My son and I were followed by security all the way to our door, Security asked my son for his ID, I told that’s my son he’s one of the 3 Occupants in this room. Than Security said we have what’s called a pet fee, I said my pet fee is paid would you like to go with me to the office to verify. When house keeping came they only wanted to get us two sets of towels. Each day I had to say there are 3 people in this room. We were giving towels and toilet paper. Other rooms had lotions and shampoo delivered with room service.

someone chased me and my children in the parking lot the whole area looks too bad and I definitely couldn't stay in that hotel Only with my children explain what happened they chased me around the parking lot until the tires rang and no one came out to help me it's my worst experience in expedia 😞

This hotel is nothing like it said it is on the app it has roaches the bed sheets are nasty you sleeping on other people who have had sex on them sheets cuz they don't change the sheets but twice out of a week no refrigerator no microwave the tubs is nasty the curtains falls down while you showering but mostly you going to find a lot of roaches .

I stayed in Room #215. The room had not been cleaned at all. There was evidence of the last guest in the room & I checked in at 4:30pm. The sheets were dirty, the towel that the previous guest used to bathe was still hanging on the shower rod. There was no toilet paper & no fresh towels in the room. I informed the front desk of the condition of the room at 4:30pm & ask for the items myself & hours went by until I received anything from the front desk. The maintenance guy never answered when he was called & informed of the room's condition. The maintenance guy did not show up to my room to clean it & replenish everything until 9:45pm. SMMFH. I waited on housekeeping/maintenance from 4:30pm to 9:45pm. I complained about wanting to shower & getting rest until 7:30pm. I was asked if I wanted to change rooms, but I declined because if that room was not cleaned; why would I trust any other rooms. My experience was horrible.
