Interesting and very disappointing with this review. This guest - paid for only two guests and the penthouse is a two person rate although two bedroom. When questioned did he have extra guests - he did not like the idea of being called out. After saying what a wonderful place - how much he liked it. We were very attentive to his needs. David requested more towels for his wife's hair during his stay (did not mention extra guests, which he actually needed the towels for) so then he comes back and writes a bad review. All our terms and conditions are online and if stated 4 guests online he would have been charged accordingly. It is extremely disappointing guests treat us with such contempt when David was well aware of the situation and could have easily mentioned it and been open and honest from the start.

Interesting getting a 4 out of 5 review for a non waterfront room. Shame you didn't take the offer of a waterfront upgrade. Maybe next visit.

Oh dear - it is disappointing to receive this review. Nothing was mentioned during the stay to rectify the situation. This is was a standard room booked and priced specific. Appreciating you can't be all things to all people - communication the key rather than reviewing a property after the event.

How disappointing to receive this review, we work extremely hard to offer the best quality accommodation available to us. This guest stayed in the Premium Waterfront room, and is loved by the majority but you cant be all things to all people. All our rooms have a different offering, and we are onsite to assist where needed. In this Covid timeframe guests have been uncomfortable with rooms being serviced but in saying that - the guests that request servicing we have accommodated. Communication the key!!! We are available 24/7 and customer service is high on our priority list. It is disappointing to not have had communication when the guest was staying and the outcome would have been different, rather than writing a review like this. Vlad and his partner were very removed and did not engage with any staff during their stay.
