The staff was very friendly and nice. The accommodated my schedule for an Ultimate Frisbee tournament. Breakfast was normally 7-10 but they prepared breakfast for me and my wife at 6:00 am so I had time to eat and leave by 6:30 am. Only complaint was the beds were harder than standard Asian beds. Over all was a good stay for a short trip in and out over a weekend.

One is enough
Breakfast is already included when placed the booking but when not arranged during stay the hotel. Got trouble on key card system, need to contact reception counter every day. Found molds at rest room ceiling. No housemaid to settle the room, guest have to request the service at reception counter.

Property was okay . The surrounding area is filthy streets with litter all over. There were barking dogs at various times in the night. The staff was cooking the over priced breakfast early in the morning right underneath our room. The hotel is surrounded by lanes so we felt unsafe going out aftet dark.

Very pleasant stay
previous reviews talked about beds being hard but I guess its relative because we like hard beds and though the bed was comfortable. The room was very pleasant and the location was nice even though a little distance from many activities. The hotel provided a tuktuk to take us to public transportation so we were very pleased.

Very nice and pleasant staff all round very decent hotel to stay in. Good value and nice staff. The only thing I would say which was a little bit of. Let down but not a massive big deal was the breakfast. Would be nice to have a different variety each day instead of the same repeative breakfast each day.

My experience did not start well. On expedia they claimed that they offered complimentary shuttle to the airport. When I called the hotel to get the shuttle they told me there was a misunderstanding and the shuttle from the airport would cost 1500 tbh. I then mentioned that I would be speaking with expedia as this constitute false advertising and what do you know before I can speak with them, they changed their advertising making it impossible for me to claim the transportation fees. This being said the room is nice and the staff is very helpful. I simply wished I had known I would end up paying double before making the reservation. I would have chosen a place nearer to the airport and not a hotel located 30 minutes away.

Shhh!!
Traveling to Thailand but want to stay away from the madness of downtown but still be a 15-20 min taxi ride away? This is your place! Medium sized rooms and friendly staff! A little hard for the taxi to find so download google maps. Laundry service is cheap and you get same day service. Breakfast was good and the pool is nice and clean. Check it out.

Decent place to stay. Good ambiance
This place is a bit outside of the city and is very beautiful and calm. The ambiance is very good, the lounge is relaxing. Food was excellent. Pleasant stay.

Nice new hotel
Nice clean new hotel. Was a bit far from the main attractions and shopping but the hotel offer a free shuttle to the train station. Overall good for the money.

Great Hotel with a Not So Great Location
The hotel is truly upscale, especially for the price. However, this is very last stop on the Sukhamvit Metro Line, which makes it really inconvenient to get to anywhere fun. What's worse is that once you get off at the train stop, the hotel is another 10-15 min drive. The Theorie Hotel provides a free tuk-tuk to the train stop, but this is only on the hour mark, which is also inconvenient. If you just need a modern, clean place to stay, I would definitely recommend it, but for someone who want to explore the city and be close to the action, this is definitely not the place to be! Sorry, Theorie!

Nice hotel near to exhibition centre
The hotel is very new, it is something like boutique hotel, with simple and nice decoration. It's not located in tourist area, and about 5min walk to restaurant and convenient shop, 2.4km to BTS station, and 4km to exhibition centre. But the hotel provide Shuttle tuktuk to BTS station, not to worry about the transport. Taxi with cheap rate is every where. Hotel staff is very nice, especially the Chinese guy George, he is real helpful and friendly, and giving me alot of useful information. Definitely will come back to this hotel again.

If you like to be taken care off by sincerely nice people, this is a good choice. The hotel is supposed to be small, but it has an elaborate well organized team, with high quality training-recruiting

The hotel was ok. The room service kept coming into my room without knocking. I had the do not disturb and they still would enter my room. The bed was super hard and uncomfortable. The internet was horrible. For the price you are getting what you pay for!

Stayed here for 6 days. Wi-fi went down for three. Complimentary shuttle bus was provided. But you had to call in advance which is rediculous as there is only 1 pick up point from the bts and it leaves every hour. as tourist, how do you expect your guest to call a Bangkok number for a bus that has only 1 single pick up point. Staff could be more helpful.

Pool to cold, never sunny! No Restaurant, even though they told us via mail..ended up traveling 2 hours into the city and back every day to eat! Very uncomfortable beds! Bad breakfast and too simple!

Nice hotel, but no dining!
The hotel is new, so it’s clean & looks great. However, the website stated there was ‘all-Day dining’ (which is one of the reasons I picked to stay here) and when I asked where the restaurant was, I was told they didn’t have one. And due to its location (remote /near BKK airport) this was very bad news. Although my room did include breakfast, this was also very disappointing - it was cold and unpleasant. I’ve had better complimentary breakfasts at hostels I’ve spent £5 a night in! Overall, it was a very disappointing stay, due to bad/lack of food facilities and remote location.

Economic rate, Easy to find you will even see an official road sign directing you to the hotel, when you are going down Sukhumvit Road (You will see the sign heading southbound between Bang Na & Bearing BTS stops)

Newly opened hotel with good amenities
The hotel is seemingly newly opened in an area of Bangkok that is currently seeing a lot of new development - don't expect the local area to be anything like central Sukhumvit (it has more of an airport hotel feel to it, with approximately 35 minutes to the city centre by train/25 minutes by taxi). The hotel itself is in good shape with good amenities, and a helpful staff. The breakfast service is à la carte/set (not buffet) and is much better than most buffets encountered in Bangkok hotels.

Modern hotel, you pay for what you get
Its a nice hotel. Modern. Clean. The bed mattress was extremely hard and not very comfortable. But the staff was very nice. Hotel is modern. Clean. Bathroom/shower isnt that great. Stayed there only one night as i was in transit. Was cheap. Good value for what you pay. Secluded area.
