Outdated door locks. Smoking is allowed everywhere outside. Not considerate of children and guests that would like to dine outside safely. Staff was good and helpful.

I booked this last minute for the convenience as I had an early flight out and I wanted shuttle service. When it comes to service, it is definitely a 5/5. Pick up and drop off from airport was easy and seamless. They even called at 345am to ensure I was still going for 4am shuttle. They actually have a mall that is walking distance and after 5, there was a market that opened up behind it. For me, this was perfect as I wanted last minute souvenirs from the mall and street food from a market. The room itself is ok. Its not the best nor the worst, so if you need a place to rest your head while still being able to access food and shuttle, this is a perfect spot

Good spot for easy access to the airport, especially with the airport shuttle provided by the hotel. Rooms are very basic and in worn condition but not much else is needed for a few hours of sleep before departure.

Older fixtures but well kept and clean. Very friendly staff and speaks good English. Close to the airport with shuttle service. Great choice for a short stopover in BKK. Mall next door and local markets within walking distance, 20-25 walk. Will consider this location again, if I don't need to go into town.

Stay for one night before flying back to uk. The hotel runs a 24hr shuttle to airport. Great massage place across the road and a few doors down great Thai restaurant run by local family big shopping centre few minutes walk away great for when you have an early flight and don’t want to be in central Bangkok

Its near the airport but 45 minute away from central downtown which is far. Hotel was nice and with a good pool they should take care of it more. No gym in this location. There is a mall right beside it and has also lots of other stores nearby. Easy stay if you are about to fly in the airport nearby

Overall the hotel is good and really close to the airport. You cannot expect having a Ferrari when you pay 35$/day include breakfast and shuttle. For the prize it worth it. Staff are frendly and really helpful. Even provided us a lunch box when returning early at the airport.

Good enough for a one night stay between flights. Next door to a mall so it is good for picking up anything needed at good prices and a good food court. Shuttle is convenient but they charge more than a taxi. Pool was in shade when I checked, not sure if it gets sun.

Didn’t like the Customer Service at Hotel. Staff complained a little about us changing rooms because of broken AC unit. Questioned twice why we changed rooms and wasn’t happy that the cleaner had to clean the room again.
