Hotel is in a great location. Facilities are old and in need of remodeling. Dirty carpets and poor lighting in bathrooms. One of the bathrooms was clogged and had no hot water. It was notified and corrected promptly.

We got a terrace suite which was spacious and absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was really good and included. Very convenient for walking or rides to places…. Clean and the staff was so very polite. Would def stay here again.

Stayed many times but this was first time with my teenage children. Family room was excellent and cleaned every day. Pool on fourth floor was also excellent with plenty of towels and sun loungers always available. Staff are always wonderful and will help with everything you need with a smile. Only small down side is service charge on all drinks within the hotel and pool making them a lot more expensive than elsewhere. Even accounting for that 9 out of ten...

Well maintained property. Very courteous and helpful staff. Very comfortable rooms . Excellent fast lifts . Adequate pool and sauna too . Gym appeared nice though didn’t use it. Definitely would stay again . Quite central and subway quite close

I must say that the service that was given by every staff member was just incredible. From the restaurant, the bar, room service, the maid staff, the concierge and the front desk each and every employee was amazing. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends and I will return. The only negative I can think of is that the property is in disrepair . But again thanks to all the staff for making my visit so wonderful.

Amazing staff. Very welcoming. Nice pool and excellent restaurant. Kids loved the buffet and the free tuk tuk shuttle to the main road. Well located. Would go again!

The reception put us on the top floor which was newly renovated. Everything was smooth from check-in to checkout. Very close to Sukhumvit road and the Spas and Massage parlors are all over the place. The Emlsphere Mall is just a block away. I highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly and helpful front desk and concierge staff, the room was clean and had excellent AC, and the breakfast buffet is excellent (good variety and high quality food). There's a safe in the room for keeping valuables. If you plan to eat the buffet breakfast every morning, it's better to pay in advance for the breakfast package. If you pay as you go, you pay more. Housekeeping did a nice job cleaning the room and making the bed every day. There's a nice rooftop pool where you can hang out and take a dip. The VIP complimentary drink was a disappointment...we thought it would be an alcoholic drink, but it was just a glass of sugared fruit juice. ): The concierge helped us with taxi arrangements. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a fine, well-located hotel in the heart of Sukhumvit, with easy access to subway and skytrain stops, shopping, and decent restaurants. We liked Essan Nation around the block from the hotel. Great Thai food from Issan and friendly waitstaff!
