This will be the only property I will stay at when I visit Bangkok. The location is exceptional. The beds are the most comfy I have ever experienced in Thailand. The views from the room and uncrowded pool are amazing. Food and drink, although a little pricey, are wonderful. Best of all, I love the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room. I’m a bathtub guy, Thailand is not a bathtub country, and the bathroom is spectacular.

This hotel is entirely style over substance. Checkin took an age, hotel was tatty, white minimalism only works if you repaint it once in a while. Not recommended and a real shame as other Pullman we stayed in was almost the opposite.

It was a good experience overall. Location is not too far away from both Icon Siam and Siam Paragon/Central World. Plenty of food options within walking distance too.

Pullman G is a nice and centralized hotel. It is closed proximity to BTS, Silom Complex, nightlife, and near the ChaoPhraya river. The 37th floor has a nice restaurant (indoor outdoor panoramic view) called Scarlett—the wine list is extraordinary and very delicious food! Hotel room needs to be updated. The hotel itself has great restaurants and a hip vibe.

The photos are a bit deceptive for this hotel. I wouldn't recommend staying here for the price. It's quite old and not as bright and spacious as the photos. The pool is tiny and has no view. Too crowded as all the facilities are generally small. Would be great if there was an outdoor rooftop view. The breakfast and the comfort of the bed were the highlights. But the breakfast room is quite crowded and small as well. Overall it's nice but overpriced for the quality.

The rooms were all very old. The table drawers couldn’t open, the safe deposit box was missing, the food in the room wasn’t cleared for 3 days. Had to keep repeating the issues and the solutions given by the manager to all the different staff we spoke to. Lack of communication within the reception.

Urgent needs of renovation
First I wasn’t happy to have to pay for early check-in. I understand if room is not available, I will need to wait but to pay before 12pm!!!! Mariott has never done that to me. Lobby, TiVa and Scarlett are nice areas but in between it is very old: Shower is leaking, toilet doesn’t flush, AC not cold, bathroom towels stained, cupboard door not adjusted, dirty curtains badly hooked ect… and minimalism doesn’t means empty room. The bedroom is basically a big empty room, the bed and pillow are comfortable though. 1 good point is the breakfast that is fantastic and saved our stay. Time to renovate guys, much better and cheaper offer available in town. That was my last stay with you.
