Location is key, right next to BTS skytrain. Walking distance to Siam. Traffic not congested at this area. 7-eleven is at hotel level 1. Great stay.

Staff was so polite and amazing. Hotel was quiet, only accessible by Hotel card (on 14th floor of hotel) safe and within walking distance of everything downtown. Drinks on patio have a great view from the bar and the bartender was awesome.

The property has 24x7 convenient store at the ground floor which gives an option to buy food, drinks, and essential items needed during the stay. Well maintained cleanliness and staff members are responsive. Highly recommend the place!

There was no provision of toiletries. The toilet wooden door was misaligned. No mirror on the main wall. TV small with limited english channels. No change of towels everyday.

This’s our forth time staying at Mercue Siam , staff here are very friendly and helpful. The location is great , BTS is just right in front of the hotel . Whenever I come to BKK , Mercue Siam will definitely be our first choice !

great location and amazing customer service. We had an issue with our tour company and girls at the reception helped us to handle the situation. I am very grateful for their help🙏. breakfast buffet was very good also . We were very happy with our stay

First time in this hotel and totally love it. (I always stay next door - Ibis Bangkok .. decided to try Mercure this time) Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. The hotel is right next to National Stadium BTS and opposite MBK. within walking distance to Big C, Central World, Siam Paragon .. definitely my number 1'choice.

The hotel wants a security deposit of 2000 THB. If paid by card, it takes two weeks to return. I have never experience this ruling in 40+ years of travelling. They are quick to take but slow in returning. I do not forsee staying here in future. Strangely, other Mercure hotels I have stayed have no such ruling.

Do note that weekdays there's mass exercise from around 6.30 am to 7.30 am at the National Stadium. You can hear the instructions all the way up in your hotel room.
