Long check-in and checkout time even tho I was the only one, hard walking to metro or bars as no sidewalk and busy traffic,but only 15 minute walk from Makkasan station, small pool area, not a lot of toiletries. For the price point a lot better hotels nearby

Stayed for 2 weeks. Not a great place to stay if unless you use cab or scooter to go from here. Most of the staff were just hanging around. Most said “Hi” in Thai but not 2 key staff had a smile on their faces. Good for short stay but not for long term…

Brand new hotel near airport train.
Quick one night stay. Great location as near airport train and hotel has shuttle to train station. Brand new hotel, so hard to find even my uber driver missed entrance twice. Furniture is all new.

I tried to walk from the station to the hotel. Even though it was only about 300m the small wall, train track and road made it difficult. Fortunately the hotel porter spotted me and gave assistance.

Good proximity to the MRT and Airport Link
We liked the proximity to the Petchaberri MRT Station and Airport link. The Tuk-Tuk shuttle is nice because it takes you right to the MRT station. The only complaint we had was that the people at the reception desk did not make it clear to us that the money we were paying for the breakfast buffet was just for one day and not for the whole time we were there, so we ended up having to pay more for the buffet than was expected.

I loved this hotel so much! The room was very comfortable, and the staff was very attentive to all my needs. The breakfast had such a variety of food. The all day dining was nice after being out in hectic Bangkok city. The property was close to the train station, and they had an hourly schedule to take you to the train station. They also would pick you up at the train station. I felt they were sincerely concerned for my every need.

Fantastic Experience
This was a really lovely hotel in a great area of Bangkok. Close to the Sukhumvit area where there's loads to do, and right near the Makkasan skytrain station so easy reach of the airport. Clean, quiet and very comfy room and amazing service from all the staff. Perfect for a short trip to Bangkok!

Nice quiet stay near Sky Train
The hotel has recently reopened after covid. This is a nice quiet place to stay in busy Bangkok. Conveniently close to Makkasan Skytrain with airport link and shuttle.

Rooms were spacious and clean, amenities were amazing with a gym and an infinity pool and the service team were always very helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend this hotel if you’re in Bangkok for a holiday.

There is not much things around the hotel. House keeping has no standard. Out of three nights stay, twice no coffee capsules, one time ticket paper not top up. There is no stationary such as note pad provided.

The rooms had a NYC feel to them and they had every amenity that you could want. The massage parlor downstairs was well priced as well as the restaurant. I only wish the pool stayed open later.

Lovely service
Great service from a professional team! The Orchid massage at the 1st level was really good and I really liked that it was so easy to book it. The pool area was nice too, however there was not much sun (end of December) reaching the sun beds after 11am, for the rest of the day.

Hotel looks new, is clean and pleasant. Hotel staffs are polite and helpful. Room is big and clean. Essential items are provided less toothbrush. It is convenient to travel from the airport to the hotel by air rail link. Nearest MRT station is about 500m walk. Hotel provides shuttle bus services to Central World and Tuk Tuk services to nearest MRT station. No convenient store and eatery within vicinity.

good hotel, poor location
while it looks convenient on a map, this hotel's location is poor. You cannot walk from the train stations to the hotel as it is on a street with no sidewalk, heavy traffic, and there are no stores for a half mile in each direction. There is no access to the south side as well so you have to take the hotel tuk-tuk or a taxi to get to the train station. Hotel tuk-tuk runs every 30 minutes. You can get to the airport train station with less of a walk but you will need to walk over train tracks in order to do so. Does that sound terrible with luggage? you bet it is.

This hotel is great, close to the train and they have a free tuk tuk to take you to the train every half hour. They also pick you up. Not much as far as places to eat around unless you take the train to go somewhere. Breakfast is not included and they charge 380 baht per day per person if you want to eat there.

It was a pleasant stay except for the power outage on 3 November. The hotel might want to consider ramping up UPS or at least let the guests know that they’re still warm shower available in the room so guests don’t have to keep waiting for the power supply to come back.

Everything was perfect but the location -you need a taxi to get in and out..there is a subway station 500 m from there but there is no safe sidewalk. The hotel provides shuttle to the station and the shopping center in specific hours that help's

Location of Hotel is close to Airport Rail, but then it's not easy to reach anywhere by foot as there is just nothing close to the property, not even an 7-11 nor family mart. Hotel rooms looks new, but you can still spot some stains on the sofas (in the lobby and my room). Breakfast is adequate :) Front desks team are very helpful !
