Dirty. The location is near the BTS station but the short walk is unpleasant. We had to walk on uneven ground, cross a railway line and the split road from and to a highway which is under some construction now. With our luggage, it is dangerous and difficult to walk.

Worst experience
Good location but worst conditions (bed sheet is not clean, pipe was broken, air-con make so much noise). restaurant which serve breakfast in worst condition found so many cockroaches. i don't recommend this hotel even to my enemy.

Legacy Express
An excellent choice when location and value are more crucial than luxury and recreational facilities. Very close to BTS and an easy walk to a variety of restaurants, bars and shopping. A 7/11 on site adds to the convenience factor. The rooms are very well kept and are of a generous size. Paying a little more per night for the superior type rooms takes away a little from the concerns of staying in a budget hotel. Overall, a good choice for the price.

Our 2nd visit.
Good value hotel in fab location if bars and restaurants are your thing. Nearby shopping malls are great if you have big money, ideal for UK Embassy if you have to go there which I did. Only downside was our room was at the end on Sukhumvit and traffic noise could be heard all night.

The breakfast area dirty and not much choice in foods. I ate another hotel breakfast. NO PARKING for CAR!!! They will say can park at hospital. Can for 1000 b ( about $33) per day. Found another parking across west side road (is a north south road) of hospital and a little north that Soi 1 (Sukhumvit 1 alley) NO PARKING at hotel!!! NO Parking!!! NO PARKING !!! NO PARKING !!!!!! NO PARKING !!!! NO PARKING !!!!! If have a car better go another hotel. Inconvenient to park car Legacy hotel

Good budget hotel, good value for money
The positives are: near BTS train station, therefore easy access to transportation; fast food restaurants and small shops around for basic meals; it's a quiet hotel with high WiFi speed and it's equipped with a decent size and speed elevator as well; very clean room; overall nice design for a hotel. Good value for money, therefore a great budget hotel for travelers. Good for families with low budgets as well. Kind staff, helpful, but a bit slow and they need to smile more. The bad: the location is between two filthy very smelly areas (one around the bridge, the other is dirty eatery with smelly food and flies flying around it); at dark it gets a bit creepy trying to get home under the bridge; things in the room are a bit worn, need improvements or replacement.

1. All about room and clean 2. My Landry lost, they're outsourcing …and the service person just know nothing! 3. Mosquito all night 4. AC voice too noise, outside also. 5. I changed room, because first room was awful! But, I have a dirty bed sheet again after housekeeping came. 6. Breakfast, the food is not fresh.

Comfortable room in amazing location
This hotel was lovely. My room was clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with a kettle, coffee and tea, bottled water, a private safe, and plenty of towels. Both the air conditioning and the wifi worked very well. Housekeeping and front desk service were amazing. The location is excellent-- it's literally a five-minute walk from a BTS (skytrain) station. The surrounding area is also great, with lots of restaurants, massage parlors, shops, and street food. The hotel also sits on top of a 7/11 and a Dominos, which is very convenient. However, the nightlife is definitely lacking in comparison to other areas of the city, especially Khao San Road. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Maybe not for the young backpacker looking for nightlife, but definitely a great location for a tourist looking to explore the city and take it easy in the evenings.

Not worth the money
From the street this Hotel looks new and inviting. The lobby was clean and well cared for. As soon as you're in the elevator the appearances changed quickly. The hallways, both walls and carpets were filthy. The rooms were old and well worn. The only furniture in the room was a disgustingly dirty chair. All the furniture cabinets in the room and bathroom were chipped and obviously run down. The morning breakfast was pathetic. 2 hot items, toast and eggs. The butter was floating in a bowl and people were using their hands to get the pieces. Coffee was instant, you made your own. The firstmorning we went to 7-11 for rolls and coffee, the second day, we ate breakfast at another hotel.

Front desk staff very polite and helpful. Checkin and checkout were smooth. Cabinet doors for the mini fridge need fixing. Accessibilty is very good with BTS and bus close to the hotel. Many food stalls around the hotel. Please include CNN, BBC and English Premier League matches. Thank you.
