Very conveniently sited just of Silom Rd. Staff were very helpful and friendly. For the area, the price was very reasonable. Although there was no Kettle in the room one was available on request, The room was cleaned every day.

Sadly, declining 🙁
Have stayed here so many times in the past but slow decline has finally escalated to a point that I will no longer stay again. The main cons: they charge almost $20 USD for an extra pillow- not a deposit- it’s a charge! On a hotel that costs $30/night they want twenty more for a pillow! The AC units are now locked to not go below 18c, this just doesn’t keep the room cool at all and makes for a fairly miserable nights sleep. The drains smell so badly of sewage- always has been an issue at this little hotel but has become so much worse. Pros- Lovely front desk staff who try hard to help, very safe area, price is nice. Sadly, I am unlikely to return again after having stayed at least 40 nights over the past 5 years in this hotel- hot rooms and the charge for the extra pillow were the last straws.

Basic. Cheap.
Basic hotel. Quiet. Bathroom gets messy after shower. A few bugs in the room within 2 days. Staff was polite and decently organized.

Very quite
The staff was very friendly they help me get a cab back to the airport so was a safe drive. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable I slept very well so yeah I definitely recommend this. When I take my second visit I will go back to this hotel just because the price was fair and very reasonable definitely will do it again.

This is generally an okay hotel for a short term stay. The initial room I was assigned had roaches. After 38 hours of traveling, I checked into the room and fell straight to sleep. I woke up to 2 roaches on the nightstand and one on the floor after just a 30 minute nap. I then confronted the front desk of the problem and they immediately changed my room. Naturally, I was skeptic about the sanitation of the entire faculty and considered leaving all together. Then the desk staff assured me that ROACHES ARE ONLY ON THE THIRD FLOOR. Hmmm, gross.. but I appreciated the honesty. They promptly moved me over to an identical room on the second floor, which was very clean with no insects. Overall, decent hotel for the price and great location. Just give push back if they assign you a room on the third floor. The staff is professional and accommodating.

Amazing hotel!

A good valuable and comfortable hotel in a good location. Free coffee machine in lobby which is great. The only gripe, is that they would only give us 1 room key as they don't have enough of them to go around. This was a bit of a hassle for me and my partner because you need the key to operate the elevator, even to get to the ground floor yet the key is also needed to operate the power and amenities in the room. So if you and partner want to go out at different times it can be a hassle unless you leave the key within the concierge but your partner who is remaining will first have to let you out by taking you down in the elevator and then return to the room because you can't get down without the key. Friendly staff at counter but their English is limited.

A good hotel with fabulous front desk service.
- have a good holiday stay in the hotel last trip. - very happy with the service provided from the front desk attendance especially Ms. Kitty/Katie, She gave us a very helpful, friendly, and informative service. Love her smile every time she serve all the guest and she speak good english. - the complimentary chocolate is yum! - convenience location that u can get convenience shop just nearby and public transport can get just outside the hotel.(no problem on telling taxi driver where is the hotel... silom soi 28, everyone know) - few minutes walk to the market opposite the hindu temple have very nice local thai food. - the outdoor sitting area is very good but if there is a fans will be great. Thanks Ms. Kitty/Katie for giving us a great and trusty holiday. Definitely will come back~

The front desk staff was incredible! Truly here you realize you're in the land of smiles. they're so friendly and welcoming and really did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and enjoy our stay. this location is excellent. What you'll get here is a great bed, peace and quiet, a great staff, a hot shower, a safe place, and a good location!!!

2nd, 1 Week Stay This Year, Still OK. Few Problems
This is the second time we've stayed here this year and both times it was for a week. This time we were in 302 and although its a more expensive room it wasn't much different from the last one which wasn't. Maybe we were upgraded last time? Any how this 302 and 308 are pretty much the same. Except, this time we had no hot water for the entire week. Since its hot outside its not a problem for us we take a luke warm shower so I didn't go overboard on the complaint. I just mentioned it once and they even apologised by letter under the door. However it wasn't fixed. The room safe also worked sometimes which was just the low battery. The hotel is also noisy some days with little sound proofing between your room and the noisy people. There are "please be quiet" signs up but if you want to stay in bed it doesn't get quiet again till late morning. Again this is to be expected really as many nationalities are just darn loud all the time. Not the hotels fault but solid floors, beeping doors, loud people and sleep do not mix. The TV worked and the aircon worked the bed was OK and the pillows were still too thick but we knew about the pillows. The restaurants on Soi 20 (on the street) are perfect for eating out. In reality its the location to these restaurants and the short(ish) walk to Sala Deng that means we will likely return again even with the problems. The WiFi was a slow OK. We still think the security guard is the best. He opens the door and smiles. He's a feature!

Good location in Silom with a ten minute walk to Oriental boat pier. Very quiet and comfortable. Clean room and bathroom of adequate size. You get round the clock free very tasty coffee down at the lobby and a fast wi-fi with a router on every floor. We would definitely stay again.
