Its truly a wellness spa hotel. I love the fact that they have the spa facilities. Will definitely come back! Although the location is not in the center - it’s still a place to be if you need a relaxing stay and away from the busy streets.

The staff! Reception and the men greeting you and assisting you with your luggage introduces you to an amazing experience of full hospitality. Whether it’s dinning, especially the kind- hearted staff at breakfast, housecleaning, of even passing a working employee in the hallway or elevator, “they acknowledge you” everytime! I always will always come back!

I cannot be more pleased with everything COMO has to offer. The last time I stayed at this property was pre-COVID and being back here after all those years reminded me of how wonderful it is … from its rooms, amenities, and delightful breakfast, etc but it is the genuineness of its staff that sets itself apart from the other hotels I’ve stayed at. Thank you COMO for another memorable stay.

Very nice hotel, the staff was exceptional. We arrived at 2 AM and received warmly. the rooms were nicely appointed, and the bed was comfortable. The Nahm restaurant was superior quality, and the room service was excellent, too. The hotel location is good. You can can most places on the cheap. Be ready to haggle. We would stay here again for sure.

Perfect in every way. Also a huge shout out to the kitchen staff who asked about dietary needs day one and remembered through the 4 days that I need to eat gluten free. I had fresh made gluten free bread as part of the excellent breakfast each day.

My go-to place when I visit Bangkok. Classy and not fussy with huge rooms and good amenities. It has a great gym and pool and the spa is also very nice. Worth checking out. Also within walking distance for shopping and public transport.

Staffs were efficient, polite and nice. Spacious room and big swimming pool but the water wasn’t very clear though they removed fallen leaves etc every morning. Breakfast options were really limited and almost the same everyday so it’s quite boring.😅

The staff at COMO is phenomenal. They seem genuinely happy to serve you Check in wasn’t just a breeze, it brought an overwhelming sense of being welcome and cared for. Our room needed one more bath towel and in response to our request for one more, we got four more. They were also accommodating with our late flight allowing us to use the gym and shower long after check out.

Great stay. Fourth time here and it’s still spot on. Need to sort out the bar which has been closed for sometime now. The hotel seemed pretty full so needs to reopen the facilities that make it 5*

I will preface this review by stating that I usually stay at pricier hotels but decided to give this property a try on my recent trip. The staff at the COMO is top notch and made for a very good stay. Food was above average as well. The rooms are large. The hallways, room and lobby do not convey a five star hotel in comparison to other choices such as the Waldorf or Rosewood but you are paying $200 a night more there. The pool was large and fairly quiet. If you are looking to go to the Silom area it is a short walk. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for good service at a moderate price or if you usually stay at pricier properties and just feel like saving some money for other activities on your trip.

Terrace room executive suite is super spacious with 2 sitting room and a king bed. We got 2 shower room as well and the bathtub was cleaned very well. Overall a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel

"A" for Effort!
The COMO BKK is tucked in a sliver of space btw skyscrapers in Central Bangkok. The hotel feels boutique and if I had stayed more than one night, I'm certain I would be on a first name basis with all the staff. They were beyond welcoming and offered conversation and assistance. The room is silent, the breakfast ample and the price super attractive. I would stay at the COMO again. NO complaints at all.

It’s one of my favourite hotels and I’ve been staying there regularly the past 20 years. Staff are great and make you feel at home. It’s close to many shopping and dining options and to public transport.
