The most critical aspect they fell short on was they mislead you about the bed being king size. It was actually 2 twins pushed together. I would like to know if US hotels did that what the reaction would be. I feel cheated because your reputation as a brand chose to cut corners on the most important element a BED!!

Hotel was fairly inexpensive, and in a convenient location for the trains. Generally a good area to be in with lots of food and shopping around. Hotel does not have a pool so that is definitely a draw back.

Great mid range hotel.
Very nice, clean and modern interiors. Nice sized room and loved the location. Staff were friendly and helpful and I would def stay at this hotel again in the future. Nice restaurants nearby - one wish would’ve been that they told me about some discounts for guests at some of the restaurants around like The Deck etc. Liked this hotel a lot.

The hotel is in a great location on Soi 20 and actually very quiet and off the main road. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Standard of room for the price was really good and everything worked. My only negative point is that when I checked out they wanted housekeeping to check the room before I left. I really do not like hotels that do that because the inference is you have stolen something or damaged the hotel in some way. I also did not want to wait for 10 minutes for the room to be checked as I needed to get to the airport for a flight. The hotel has credit card details and contact information so no need to keep people hanging round.

Best Western Sukhumvit Soi 20
The staff are friendly and responsive. When I called the front desk about the water pressure, they responded in minutes and resolved the problem. The bed is excellent with good quality linens and towels and the room is spacious with a couch. On the downside, the restaurants and pool were all closed for renovations! The room lighting is a bit dim even with all lights on and also tricky as you can adjust the brightness. There are privacy curtains and blackout curtains. Sadly, the windows were absolutely filthy, but this could be due to the highrise construction nearby. They have handy reading lights on each side of the bed, but no power outlets, though there are plenty on the desk. Finally, the couch could use a good cleaning. The WIFI speed was not very reliable. The location is convenient with quick access to my favorite breakfast restaurant on Sukhumvit and the BTS is a ~10 min walk. With some small adjustments their rating would improve.

Don’t stay here!!! It is not safe!!! The hotel is not ready to have guests. Very difficult to find the hotel because the sign is broken. It is very dark in front. I arrived at 7 pm and couldn’t see the hotel. After I got my key card, I open the room and there are people inside!!! The front desk gave me the wrong key card. So she gave me another key card which there are no people inside but nothing in the room works! No electricity at all. Also there were some construction in the hotel going on even at 7 pm at night. So I decided to move out right away and walk to stay at Novotel (very nice hotel). I warn you, if you don’t want to have worst experience… don’t stay here!!

It was a good stay at Best Western. Room was ok, and comfortable. Yet Hotels..com and Creit card to Pay Affirm were not on the same page , so i ended up paying two night from my own personal card rather then affirm as what was mentioned.so this was frustrating. The breakfast was a seperate prive yet reasonable 13 dollars for 2 people, excellent staff at breakfast area.

The condition of the hotel tried to be at its best rating however it still requires a renovation. Floor trap are too small for water to flow efficiently. Restaurant is located at roof causing cockroaches to roam into rooms. Guests cannot rest fully thinking that there might be cockroaches entering into their room. I had my room changed after a full sized cockroach appeared in my room and the staffs appear as though this is a daily routine. Towels need to change every 6months. Having said the above, staffs service recovery efforts are top top except for cockroach solution. As they appear to be at their wits’ ends too...

This hotel should be a 2 star hotel at best. The towels are old and ripped, this is a cheap motel with very dark even when all the lights are turned on. This hotel is nowhere close to the Best Western Plus standard.

Good choice hotel!
This hotel is very convenient and priced competitively as well. I love the fact that it’s close to almost everything and even has a wide selection of food around the area. I give credit to the hotel for not charging corkage. Also, I appreciate Best Western for allowing me to leave my luggage (3pcs) for almost a week as a travelled to Beijing-Shanghai.

Recommend the Hotel
The room was clean and staff was great, service was good, GREAT water presser in the shower :-). Updated and well maintained bathroom. Room was a little small, but the price was great.

Roaches in the two rooms that i stayed in. Hairdryer in one of the room broke down. Overall the staffs tried to do their best to change the room and in general very helpful.
