Friendly staff, safe area, relatively very close to many malls and high end spa. BTS very convenient. Grab and Bolt with motorcycle 🏍️ are also super fast and convenient to avoid local Bangkok traffic.

This hotel had spacious rooms, and I’d recommend to include breakfast as there were many choices. Be mindful some floors are smoking so ensure to select non smoking. It is a bit far from MBK and Icon Siam malls, hence in a low key area. But lots of eateries and middle eastern restaurants around. Very convenient for Muslims as food was halal.

Perfect stay. Hotel staffs are very friendly & they arranged every taxi service including one day Pattaya trip for us. Breakfast is amazing with every range from asian, international menus. Location is close to many supermarket.

It’s a convenient location. Walking distance to the BTS and amenities such as Foodland and 7 Eleven. The service and concierge staff are all excellent and welcoming. Very helpful to us. Room is spacious and clean. The full halal breakfast is a bonus to us. A really pleasant stay and will stay there again if there’s a chance to! Thank you for the lovely experience.

Caters of middle East families (apparently)..heaps of noisy kids..not their fault, but not a hotel of choice for somebody in BKK for medical attention. As previously mentioned by others, lifts are too small and not enough of them! Staff are polite and very friendly.

Welcoming reception staff. Lift a bit cramp for 5,6 person. Hotel is about 5-10mins walk from main road with uneven walkway. Breakfast reasonably good. Hotel guest are mainly arab/african/south asian.

It is very centrally located within walking distance of just about every type of dining and night life. The pool is great and the staff courtesy is exceptional, helping me a couple of times with the smart TV until I got how it worked. I would stay here again!

Good cheap hotel with a very good location
Had a really good stay here at this hotel, which has a really nice pool and a good breakfast. At this price-point it is the best hotel we have stayed in, in Bangkok. We had not ordered the breakfast when booking, but we purchased it when checking in for 200 baht for adults and 100 for children. We can only recommend it. The hotel location is good, near Sukhumvit road and near the train to several malls (10 minute walk).

Hotel located almost end of soi 5, one way street with v. uneven pavements, 15 mins slow walk. Hotel good but toilet area seems to hv flawed design, basin area with sharp ends are dangerous. The breakfast could hv improved with either ham instead of sausages all day and at least 1 Chinese and 1 Thai and not either Chinese or Thai Food. Fruits wise, bananas shld be added and hv at least aThai Dessert. The hotel bell boys are v. good, they even bring weighing scales to yr room, thumbs up and would certainly put up at this hotel again. I hv stay 13D/12 nites.

The location and staff at this hotel was amazing.However the roomsare in sorry need of renovations and the beds very uncomfortable. Food was excellent . Unfortunately whenasked when our room would be ready we where told 15 minutes many times and we waisted valuable vacation time waiting in the lobby. The tour guide, Tom, made our stayin Bangkok very memorable. I can't thank him enough So if you are not into a fancy room this hotel is great.

The service we received was great. Everyone was polite and helpful. Check In and Out was with ease. The room and furnitures is clearly aged but still in decent conditions. Its close to Nana BTS which is great because if you plan to travel by car/taxi you will be sitting in traffic even in the morning and very very bad from 5PM-9PM. Leave your hotel before 5PM if you travel by taxi.

Floors 1-9 is the ‘hotel’, floors >10 is ‘residence’. I requested a 2x double bed room that was in the residence. The residence floor and rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. Amenities and bathroom was sub-par. Lobby and breakfast was good. Pool was good Looks like the “residence” floor is outdated

Service was great.Breakfast was very good with lots of food and options to choose from. Asked for an iron and board and if came burned and ripped; impossible to use it. Hotel is located in an Arab neighborhood, not very pleasant. Overall experience was just ok. Will not stay there again.

Staff and management were excellent. Breakfast buffet had good variety to cater for different tastes. While some floors have been refurbished it would be an advantage to check with the property when booking.

We booked 3 rooms for our family vacation. The hotel staff were great n the room esply the toilet was well maintained n clean. Location was good as it takes only 5 mins walk to Nana Station. We even walked all the way to the art box. There are many halal food in the area and can shop til 2am.

Pictures hve nithing to do with reality. Its very old and the smelly . Bathroom is very dirty and towels not clean and dirty. The room has a bad smell and my family start having bad allergies due to the room conditions. Its not worthy the money i paid for.

Amazing stay. The best service we ever received in a hotel. The staff is amazing. Never encountered such a level of professionalism and efficiency and friendliness. Staff at all level has good English command level. The restaurant is super good. The bolognese pasta is to die for. Never eat such a tasty sauce. I'd would come back just for it again. Room is basic and served the purpose, 2 double large bed, comfy. Room is big and clean. TV should include netflix! 😉 Swimming pool is good and clean. Happy hour on the pool is a must do. Neighbourhood is surrounded by tons of street food barbers massage palor kebab. A bit in the pricey side compare to other area of bkk. Drinks and food and service inside hotel is good value for the money. But thins outside is a bit pricey. Lunch in a kebab restaurant at the entry of the street for 45€ we were 4 and took 2 mix platters and one sandwich... The view from the room was nice. There should be an area for smoking/terrace drinks. Not just few chairs, something more decent. Will surely come back in the hotel again
