There is only one toilet shared by visitors within the whole building (~8-10 rooms?). The worst of all is the service attitude of whom I believe is the owner lady. During the first night of my two nights' stay, I asked for hot water to soak the fresh Corn which I bought from the market and surprisingly the answer was 'NO'. To avoid any chance of miscommunication and ask her again, trying to explain to her that what I asked for is Hot Water and her answer was an affirmative NO. Honestly I was shocked by her response and unfortunately I can confirm that this is not miscommunication, but truly due to her service attitude. For comparison I would to share a similar case with another pension in Biei which I stayed one week earlier. I asked for the same and the staff (another pension) not only give me hot water, but took the corn, boiled and packed very nicely before handed back to me.
