Hotel does not provide complimentary bottled drinking water to the guest. One side of the wall in the guess room did not paint or apply any wall paper. Others are excellent.

Everything is great with the hotel. It is twice as expensive as a JR Inn in Sapporo. But I guess that is the price for Furano. The Japanese breakfast is very good.

Hotel is very near the JR station so it’s good for those who use public transport. Free parking is available onsite as well for those who drive. There’s also a supermarket behind the hotel and plenty of dining options surrounding the hotel. All in all, it’s very convenient. However, the hotel room we stayed in don’t have a blacked out night curtain! After sunrise at 4AM, we pretty much couldn’t fall asleep again as the room was fully lit up by bright sun light. Aircon in our room was constantly on start-stop so it’s quite annoying as well.

This is an outstanding, value-for-money hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, some of whom speak English, work to provide for you. The facilities are clean and modern. Shuttle buses are available and the facility is close to the centre of town and the station.

Super place to stay in Furano! Staff is top notch in customer service and are very helpful with restaurant referrals and transportation needs. They went out of their way to help us non Japanese speaking visitors. They all make you feel very welcome and like one of the family. Rooms are well kept and very clean. We had breakfast included, which was very tasty and filling. Daily free shuttle bus to the ski resort picks you up right in front and is always on time. Ski storage is available at the hotel. Plus the onsen feels great after a day on the slopes! The bus and train station are right across the street. Already wanting to plan next years trip!!

Great location and good service.
This is the second time I stayed here. It is in a good location with many restaurants nearby and Furano train station just opposite the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay at this hotel if I return to Furano to ski.

Amazing service here! Super friendly staff, very professional. Had answers to all the questions we had. Staff was very helpful, gave us great recommendations for food, and even offered to go physically check if a restaurant down the street was opened or not. Bedroom was clean and modern. They had a nice spa downstairs and kept their privacy for women very strict. The staff will walk the women to the spa area. I will definitely stay here again if I am in Furano!
