March 2024- under construction, heat didn’t work in the room, my mom who has to use a walker had to use stairs to get to second floor bc there was no elevator. Continental breakfast was pitiful. Hopefully people have a better experience once they’re construction is done.

The room was old and in disrepair. There was no working electrical outlet in the bathroom. There was construction going on at all hours of the day and night just above and just beside my room - even on the weekend. There were some creepy people roaming around the halls. I elected to check out early due to all these things, and the manager refused a refund for the 4 remaining days on my reservation. I had to escalate it multiple times to Expedia before I was finally given a refund. Awful experience there! I would not recommend at all!

The staff was decent but had issues with verifying the check in process. The TV in my room didn't work and the door lock (not the deadbolt) was broken off. I dont remember off hand if they offer a "continental breakfast" in hotel description, but if they do, they shouldn't.

this hotel is old had bad smell in hallway. no coffee machine in breakfast had to use lillte one in room. the coffee in packets were stale. 4 mini doughnuts for whole hotel. 2 half loafs of bread and a big jar of peanut butter with how many peoples fingers and hands inside. it was a disaster

Not what we expected
Didn’t have the king bed room we booked. Power strip to TV/fridge was off so couldn’t use the fridge because it smelled so bad. The heating and cooling system in the room was shot off so it was freezing when we got there. Very old hotel with much needed updates. Super disappointed.

Will not be going back.
The place is old and run down. Water spots on the ceiling with bowls to catch water in the lobby kitchen. The breakfast was toast/muffins and oatmeal- pretty disappointing. The room is old and worn out. The towel bars were rusty. We switched rooms because there was a dirty sock in the first room. Sheets had stains on them and there was mold in the bathroom.

My room was clean but smelled like mildew and smoke. The ice machine was on the other side of my wall and I could hear people getting ice at all hours of the night. One of the exterior doors was outside my room as well and people were entering and leaving through it at all hours of the night as well. Not to mention the stairs were also very noisy. When these things were not being accessed the refrigerator in the room was extremely loud. Needless to say my sleep was very poor. I would not recommend nor stay at this hotel again for the price I was charged.

This property is DISGUSTING! Smelly, unclean, hair in beds, dirty and filthy. Staff accused me of being a smoker and a thief. First room we were given, bathroom was leaking and floor was wet - slip hazard?!? Second room we were moved to- bathroom sink does not drain. Nothing to hold toilet paper roll so none was opened, no hangers provided on hanging area, dusty and hair covering most surfaces, bed linens NOT CLEAN!!! This is the WORST place I have ever stayed AND they charged me an extra $100 for “incidentals” - that’s when I was accused of being a smoker and told I’d o steal anything that fee would “cover” the theft. I am APPALLED and how rudely I have been treated! I feel discriminated against and racially profiled. My father - who is staying with me - is in his 80’s yet had to climb stairs to get to the room - NON ADA COMPLIANT building! If there was availability anywhere else, I would stay there! This is totally UNACCEPTABLE!!

They double charge you PLUS an extra $100 incase you make a mess…then they saw the double charges “are just pending”. They take the money out of your acct..it’s NOT just pending!! They guy is stealing your money for a few days , making money on your over payment….and the. He said he will Reimburse you! What garbage!!! NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!

The pending charge is a hold so it would be out of your account in that sense, but it goes back in your account in three to five business days depending on your bank's policy. Would not recommend staying here
The room was dirty. There was a dental pick on our nightstand when we arrived the framing around the bathroom door was wet and falling apart. The room overall was so dirty and it smelled like cigarette smoke.

The drug deal right outside that was obviously happening…. as I walked into the lobby. The 3 guys’ behavior was so obvious. Creeped me out all night.

Asked for handicapped accessible room which they gave me a second floor had to redo and get one on the first floor and then it was not even a handicapped accessible room. Could not fit a wheelchair in the bathroom whatsoever and there was no handrails to get in or out

Very friendly, helpful staff. The rest wasn’t good - Entire property looks tired, old. Other guests loud. Neighborhood sketchy. Advertised breakfast was bread to toast and cereal.

I didn't like the fact that I was put in room 209 that did not have an air conditioner in working condition. It felt like it was 80 degrees in the room. When at 11:00pm it wasn't cooling down, I picked up the phone to call the front desk for a different room!! Guess What?? The phone doesn't work either. I got ZERO sleep it was so hot. At 5:45am I went to the front desk as I assumed someone would be up because breakfast started at 6:00am. finally someone came out and didn't know her password and finally could get me a new room. Since by then, breakfast (If you are a little kid) was open. Fruit loops and toast is all they serve! I go a room with working air conditioning and finally slept a bit!!! They still charged me for a night that was unbearable!!! They have ZERO customer service skills!!! Also, my TV didn't work in the new room!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I made a reservation quickly online so I can’t really complain. The hotel rooms were clean but dirty if that makes sense. The couches and chairs were stained and definitely dirty. The bedding was stained, and the sink was plugged. I’m not sure if they were short staff but there was no toilet paper in the room. Front desk was going to bring some up, thankfully since I reserved two rooms for family they were able to give us their rolls they had. It was an okay stay for one night or when needing a quick stay. Don’t recommend booking there. Everyone was friendly, I just think sanitation needs to be greatly improved.
