Hotel is not that close to the town of Boquete, so they should improve Restaurant Services, so you don’t have to leave the property for food.

We had a room in hotel the views of the valley from the room are beautiful room clean overall pleasant place the grounds are well maintained and staff are very friendly and polite. Just 2 negatives this place is very busy with events. There were event parties every night this is because the place is very nice but that means alot of people at the resort into the night. But the biggest issue we had was after 1 day enjoying the room the water heater broke and no hot water. for entire hotel So they placed us in one of the homes they rent on the property we traded a beautiful view for a view of someones back yard. I spoke with the manager she agreed with a percentage refund only to see that change to a lower amount when we checked out she was not at resort when we checked out to question the lower amount then what we agreed. Overall the place is very nice but be aware things dont get repaired quiclkly in Panama

Overall the experience was good. The location right at the top of the valley is beautiful. There is a need for a bit better English speaking staff at the restaurant. Overall their service is excellent once they understand what exactly you are requesting for. Food is pretty good as well. Rooms are clean but definitely can use some upgrade; I could feel springs on my bed, hot/cold water sides are switched in shower, not much water pressure in shower, you are constantly setting temperature in shower as hot water comes and goes, etc. Just some minor fixing will go a long way. Parking is convenient.

Beautiful bouquete Christmas holiday
My family and I had a wonderful stay in the hotel over the holidays. The staff are attentive and helpful. We booked last minute and got the last room in the hotel. The property grounds are expansive, safe, and beautiful. We spent so much time outside in the seating, in the pool, and exploring the neighborhood, etc. There are many houses in the neighborhood and we enjoyed their different architectures. Everyone we walked past was friendly and said hello. We are at the on site restaurant for 2 dinners, breakfast (included), and for their Christmas dinner. Everything was affordable and very tasty. We also went on the hike down to the stream with one of the hotel staff and it was beautiful, private hike. One of our party also arranged a massage on Christmas Day and enjoyed that experience. Overall, a great property that I’d return to over and over again.

Excellent place to stay!! We stayed in a two-bedroom villa. It is a beautiful property overall. The waterfall, the river, the canyon, mountains, volcano in the distance, all of it was breathtakingly gorgeous!! They have security around all the time.. at the front when you drive in and drive around all the time. I let my kids play in the yard while I was inside and felt completely safe. Our stay here has been better than I can describe. From the moment we got here at 1 AM to the security guards doing everything that can to help us find our villa where we were staying to the staff who were all very attentive in every way. Always willing to help us in any way. From giving us extra towels in our villa, to getting us towels at the pool without asking, to making us copies of things we need, to giving us extra sheets on days they were not cleaning because of son had an accident. Anything we needed they were there to help. I can not say enough about how amazing this place is and the people who work here. We will definitely stay here again and again. We may even buy a villa here. Thank you for an outstanding stay!!

Excellent Stay!
We loved the grounds where the hotel is located, beautiful views. We got an upgrade to a villa, and it was excellent!, rooms has their own bathrooms, there is a kitchen, and even terrace, very relaxing to sit outside and just enjoy the view. Breakfast was good, there is also spa services available. Everyone was so nice, we really enjoyed our stay, and we highly recommend it.

Nice Location and great views! Restaurant & Gym were pleasant. However, we did not receive the Deluxe Suite we booked and pre-paid for! Our Reservation was non-refundable. We arrived and were given what is called a simple room away from the property where the main lodging & amenities are located. At Midnight we were Rudely awakened by the people next to us in the “villa” our room was attached to with Super Loud Music, Singing, Talking, banging of dishes..... This continued for about two hours. Not happy with that experience at all!!!

Beautiful boutique hotel but the service is not good at all... with only 6 rooms in the hotel you’d think they’d treat their guests like they know them... especially when they stay 3 nights... but service throughout was not up to par with this type of establishment. The exception to this was the service at the spa and fitness center... it was really good! Breakfast was lacking in taste and heat... didn’t eat dinner there but did have drinks and nachos (which were not great). All that being said, would definitely return because it was a beautiful location and the fitness center was fantastic!

My husband & I stayed 2 nights, The room is big and so is the bathroom, the bed was very comfortable but we were disappointed with the front desk when we got in. They didn't answer our questions after saying they would and the breakfast was terrible. No menu was offered only to find out after I submitted my first disappointment, the manager said he was sorry and they have a breakfast menu! So breakfast was "on him" for our disappointment. When we went to eat, the maid came into our room and started cleaning it before we took everything out of our room, which I was surprised because after we ate, my husband went into the room to use the bathroom. I went to the room too but he was ahead of me and left the room door open only for me to find the maid in our room! My husband was in the bathroom and she kept cleaning... she didn't leave!! And she doesn't speak english...I couldn't believe she stayed there while my husband was in the bathroom!!! I told the girl at the front desk, but nothing happened, other that she said she couldn't believe it either.... We left.... I'll never go back.

2 night staying looking to relax
Two night stay. Came to this hotel to have a relaxing time. Location and views are beautiful but there are some areas of improvement. Check in took 20 minutes even though we were the only ones there. We just kept being told someone will be with you. Server from restaurant checked us in and did not apologize for wait. Hot tub did not have hot water. In the evening we were told that they were out of almost all the menu at the restaurant. The restaurant caters to the neighborhood families and hotel guests, but if you are the only restaurant for miles you should ensure there is enough food for your hotel quests. All in all it is a beautiful property that needs some tweaks.

Spot of heaven.
The staff welcomed us even though we arrived late and helped us feel at home attending to all our needs including a lovely supper. We had some travel plan hitches and they patiently helped us through that. There was live music out near the pool on our last night. It was heavenly.
