Very bad experience staying in this hotel, toilet horrible dirty, bed side lamp not functioning, bad smell in the room, worthless for RM250.00 per night, Expedia should send inspector to inspect the hotel room condition, i will never go back again, and also pass this bad experience to my friends.

location is good, conveniently located nearby eating places and close to the city center the room condition could've been better, booked 2 rooms, one of em has cigarettes smell lingering tho it's a non smoking room. Room condition is worth paying for it's price however the bathroom condition is due for an upgrade. It's a pleasant stay

In need of a refurb!
Stayed 4 nights to attend a business seminar. Hotel is close to the airport but the rooms are very old and in need of refurbishment. There was no hot water on my last day so forced to have cold shower. The staff were friendly enough but the rooms are too old and run down for me to stay here again. WiFi was no good either!

Nice cosy hotel

The rooms are old And toilet Super small . Flusher not working well and the water in the toilet sink is brown in color. Breakfast selection so so and not much of selection. Staff are friendly .

Got my towels at 6pm. I really did not understand why those towel too late. Receptionist @ housekeeping did not pick up phone call. TV channel not clear. Bed sheet not clean.

They don't clean the room while they just tidy it up. They did not provide toilet paper rolls and tissue until I asked. The bathroom shelf was broken.

Much of the facilities has been taken out eg tissue, shampoo. Old furniture bed, wardrobe etc. small toilets and a bit cramp.

Need to upgrade rooms....abit rundown.
the first impression when I entered the room was this humid and stale smell probably from the room carpet....had to use external source to spray fragrance in the room. - the house keepers are friendly. - stayed on the 2nd floor and had to carry own 3 luggages using the stairs during check in and out...although elevators are not in the design,hotel mgmt should have alternative approach to help the guest.. I reserved my comments about recommending to others...

Overall ok.. .near to town and easy to buy food. Kfc just walk only and 24 hours. food in hotel also ok .. Parking and wifi provided..no need password..

Not going to stay in any of Hotel Seri Malaysia
The bathing area is so small that my child refuse to take a bath. The toilet is dirty. The toilet bowl is too near to the sink. No toothbrush and toothpaste provided. This hotel is more of a hostel than to consider as a hotel. This hotel require serious upgrading and improved service. The rooms are not as good as the image of the lobby. Decided not to stay in any of the Seri Malaysia hotels anywhere in Malaysia.

- Breakfast foods were not fresh. Noodles had been served without the standard quality of food e.g our noodles were full with green skins of the beans sprouts. - No ironing in rooms. Ironing facility had been served at the corridor of rooms' with unclean corridors' floor. - the Receiptionist of hotel had never been checked my booking until I reached in the hotel and told her that I had booked the room by using Expedia.

Situation of room was too far for an elderly. I have to climb stairs n the room was at far end. Could not watch any tv channels n the fridge was not usable. I suggest u locate us at lower level room even if we book online. U should give us choice when book on line
