Friendly staff at reception. Not the best choice for catching an early flight because the airport shuttle doesn’t start operation until 7:30 and there is no brown bag breakfast option for those who will check out too early for the "free" breakfast (which, in fact, we all pay for)

Pleased with the clean room. Comfy king bed. Lots of space and places to put luggage and counter spaces for miscellaneous items and toiletries. Coffee maker worked well. Definitely like the laminate flooring. So much more sanitary than carpeting. Nice breakfast. Pleasant employees. Very happy would definitely recommend👍👍

Close to the airport, which was the reason for booking for just one night before departure. Quite a bit of noise outside throughout the night. Not sure what was being loaded or unloaded, likely in the adjacent business.

It has what you need, but the pillows are weird; I took mine out of the case; it was all bunched up in a too small pillowcase

I arrived with my son’s at property today (03.26.2024) @1AM due to flight delay. The front desk lady was clearly sleeping and in a bad mood. She gave my sons and I a room far from the main entrance and after I checked the room’s window I realized that it didn’t close all the way, giving a chance to someone open the window and unlock the door, since the window was right next to the door. I tried to call the front desk and the phone wasn’t working. When I walked all the way to the front desk I asked if there was a way to check the window and lock it. The answer was: “I can give you the refund for your room and you can go stay somewhere else, how about that?” The audacity to say “how about that” got me wondering: what hurt her? I was in chock and disbelief how someone would talk to a customer like that. All I was requesting was to stay/feel safe. That was it. I understand the hotel is cheap and I was there for just few hours. All I wanted was to have some rest to drive home in the early morning. She also charged me a prepaid room $162.43. Normally the hotel keeps your CC for damages. She hated me so much for interrupting her sleep that made an actual charge on my card. I’m reporting this to the corporation tomorrow.

Shuttle from airport didn’t run at night. Front desk wouldn’t open door until I picked up the phone despite being a single woman with luggage late at night. No elevator to second floor and room was around back

Dont get me wrong staff like Airport Shuttle driver , front desk and dining attendant was nice but when it came to privacy and noise it was whole another story. For starters front desk let someone know our room number when we weren't ready to have him visit us yet. I wish front desk called room number to ask us permission to let unannounced visitor know our room number. Secondly slamming of doors from next door and upstairs guest kept us up most of the night. There was no hand soap at sink area.

Limited Hotel Transfers available.
I arrived at around 11:30 pm and there was no shuttle to take me to the hotel from the airport. They said the shuttle service stops at 11 pm. However, this was not stated so during the booking. It said: Airport transfer available. I had to walk to the hotel (1-2 miles) with my bags because taxis refused to accept such short trips.

The windor on the door to the second floor rooms what broken with exposed rough edges causing me to cut myself. Looked like building was poorly maintained. But other than that very average 2 star hotel experience which I normally wouldn't mind, but at $400 CAD/night it was WAY overpriced even with balloon fest going on.
