"The amenities were great. The hotel recovered well after Hurricane Otis. There is more work to be done, but they are doing a great job. I enjoyed the private infinity pool area. It was quiet for adults. We drank, had food, read our books, and laughed a lot. I highly recommend this infinity pool area. The buffet breakfast was well done. Overall a great 2 nights and 2 days stay."

"Loved the staff, everyone at the Holiday Inn Isla location are incredible friendly, helpful and professional! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The area is very walkable many great restaurants and shopping near by. Also very close to Barra Vieja beautiful beaches. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Acapulco! "

"Overall I liked it. Close to the better beach attractions, but old fashioned in service. Needs to upgrade to more modern service, kitchen supplies (coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.) TVs, and better pools maintenance,. Very good in price. Staff very friendly. In a scale 1 to 10, I give them a 7."
