A la propiedad le falta mantenimiento, hay goteras de el techo, se tapaba constantemente el desagüe de la regadera y el baño. Las toallas se ven viejas, al entrar a la Anita ion la cama se veía como si alguien hubiera estado acostado y le preguntamos al botón que si estaba seguro de la habitación estaba limpia.

This a beautiful old hotel, is the perfect place to leave suitcases, be able to take a nice shower, sleep with air conditioner, enjoy the pool. This Hotel is close to everything, to the ocean, transportation, restaurants, shopping malls, convenience stores. This incredible old Hotel need a good investment to make it as beautiful as in the best years of Acapulco.

The hotel was very nice, the pool was great when there is few people. Very close to the beach, and the rooms a little outdated but very comfortable. And a very good price!

Nice old fashioned motel type place in the heart of everything. Ocean is across the streets, bars, restaurants, shopping right there.

good location, basic comforts and friendly service
The hotel was a short trip from the bus station on the main coastal road so excellent location but quiet environment with two relaxing pools. The room facilities were basic, and we had to ask for shampoo. The staff were friendly and even helped to retrieve two credit cards we had managed to leave behind upon check-out.

Thanks for the great stay!
This is a great family oriented hotel. Though on the no frills side, it has a great no frills style that was low key and perfect for a family on a budget. The location is excellent with lots of shops nearby and the beach right across the street. I would definitely return with my family and it was a hit with our teenage daughters! The pool was a definite added plus.

You get what you pay for
I felt as though I should be paying by the hour versus the day. The first thing they demanded was a deposit for the remote control even though I insisted I would not use the tv. Then I was handed a standard schlage key that could easily be copied at any Walmart or hardware store. The safety I felt in the room for myself and my things was underwhelming. Luckily with just 1 free electrical outlet in the room I didn't need to worry about leaving any expensive electronics out. The room was what you would expect for the price, but, I feel sorry for anyone who didn't get a discounted rate.

No me gusto que te piden un depósito de $200(te lo regresan al finalizar tu estancia) por un control el cual por la TV tan viejita no funciona y no se ve nada. Deberían de cobrarle solo a los cuartos que ya están con pantalla nueva.

Carencia de protocolos de seguridad
El gran problema durante mi estancia fue que algunos huéspedes organizaron fiesta en la alberca, con un consumo de alcohol significativo. El tiempo límite señalado en su reglamento para el uso de alberca es 10 PM, pero la fiesta se extendió muchísimo más. Al pedir apoyo de la recepción, me indicaron que no podían hacer absolutamente nada "porque son huéspedes". Mencioné como opción, eventualmente, llamar a seguridad, pero con molestia me dijeron que esto no era posible. O sea, básicamente, no podían hacer nada. La situación escaló al punto de tener a un hombre azotando contra mi puerta y luego tumbado allí, por el consumo de alcohol, pero aparentemente en este hotel no pueden hacer nada frente a esos eventos.

Instalaciones descuidadas, no muy limpias, en el baño, el depósito de agua del tanque la taza tarda en demasiado en llenarse, no hay agua caliente y se tiene q dejar depósito por todo, control televisión, control clima, por las llaves y el precio no justifica lo deteriorado q está, ojalá mejore el servicio e instalaciones y siga siendo parte de lo típico de Acapulco, gracias

Solo vale la pena la ubicación, algunas personas del servicio, como el barman, un chico de recepción y una recamarista, lo demás pésimo. Instalaciones muy deterioradas y una experiencia horrible con un huésped agresivo que se estaba masturbando en el área de alberca, lo vieron y no hicieron nada.

No me gustó que el clima no se pueda modificar, tardaba demasiado en salir el agua tibia en la regadera, y pues le faltaba arreglar algunas cosas en el baño. Todos los trabajadores son muy amables, aunque algunos son un poco tardados en sus procesos. Pude descansar bien, es tranquilo el lugar y su alberca es muy bonita.

Para mí estancia estuvo muy execelente la abitacion que me tocó primero fue la 108 que me encantó el problema fue que se dañó el clima y me cambiaron de abitacion y de ai en adelante ya no me gustó la abitacion me cambiaron 3 beses y pues de ai para Ya todo excelente con la abitacion 108 no tuve ningún ningún detalle
