"Very disappointed with our stay here. This hotel charges enormous price but falls way behind for what it could offer. We arrived passed 1pm after a long international flight but were told it was too early to check in! Really??? We would certainly understand if it were 10AM or even at noon. Once we checked in at 3pm and started to take a shower, the drain was blocked and the whole bathroom was flooded! I had to get out without finishing shower. What a disaster. If you are choosing this...

Complimentary pastries and coffee (machine for lattes, etc) available in the morning along with pleasant conversation. Rooms are small but this is typical for London accommodations. Enjoyed our stay!"
