"Nice location and well maintained property. Great having laundry and a luggage storage room. My biggest issue was the nickel and diming. They can’t decide if they want to be a hotel or a vacation rental, and the blend is annoying, with a needed emphasis on hospitality. We had 4 adults for 5 days, and they didn’t supply enough toilet paper. When we asked for more, they said we had to pay. Our shower leaked heavily and the bathroom was super wet and slippery because the door doesn’t seal properly, and they questioned us asking for more towels and again suggested charging us. They look for every opportunity to upcharge you. I did find Ali to be very nice and accommodating, and he was great when my friend got really sick. Location is great and we loved the layout and the balcony/view."
