"The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. We had an upgrade on arrival too which was great. We were aware of the renovation work going on and we didn’t hear or see anything.The location was great. We didn’t manage to eat in the restaurant but the menu looked lovely and would try it on our next stay. The only gripe we had was that we found the double bed to be very small."

"Stayed five nights at this hotel. It is clean, quiet and very well-located. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is security at the entrance at all times. There are several underground stations near-by to get you anywhere you need to go in and around London. You can also walk to most of the major tourist sites. Literally every kind of restaurant and bar in the immediate area. I would absolutely stay here again."
