"Great attentive staff, I cannot stress this enough, from the airport shuttle drivers to the front desk and bar staff. However good the employees, the facilities are outdated and deplorable, it smells of cleaning agents both in and out of the rooms. The worst part, getting up at 3am to catch an early flight only to discover there’s no hot water to shower, this is a basic necessity not really negotiable. "We got off of our cruise early in the morning and went straight to the hotel. We are expecting to just be able to drop off luggage off and walk around for a few hours then come back and check in to our room. To our surprise, they had a room available and allowed us to check in and go to our room right away. This was probably before 10am. That was an awesome thing to experience and was very unexpected!"

"The floor was extremely sticky and gross. The shower was not cleaned well. The curtains didn’t close so we had extremely bright room at night. There were several incidents of load banging on the floor above us that was never addressed by staff even though we told them. The breakfast was disgusting."
