"Our air conditioner was broken, didn’t have a microwave and the pool was supposed to be closed due to chemicals being in there but there was no “pool closed” sign."

I went down at 8am to ask for clean towels and toilet paper to let the front desk know that our room has not been cleaned the day before, and was told that the room would not be cleaned unless you request it! So beware, if you’re staying you HAVE to request your room to be cleaned and to get clean towels, etc. I was then told that when the “ girls” got in for the morning they would bring me...

"Hotel is short distance from airport . ( shuttle available) Free breakfast. Quiet / super clean atmosphere. Tony at front desk was very helpful and accommodating.!!! Close to transportation ( bus stop - short ride / connection to train station . TD Garden / Boston sites etc . Several restaurants across the street) . I would highly recommend this hotel / location and I plan to stay here again in near future . Hidden Gem / location."
